Lead Forms don't submit from embedded HTML
Tried a few times and the lead form never submits the data back to Zoho CRM with auto-approve enabled and there's also nothing in the leads to approve.

I'm using the popular workaround that suggests converting residential Leads to Accounts, but have run into a snag with filling out Lead info. In the account profile the list of contacts is given, which contains up to 10 contacts per page (within particular Account). When I have 20 or 30 contacts, I will have to use (pointer) button to see all contacs which belong to 1 account. Question: how do I make all (upto 20 or up to 50 or upto 100) contacts on 1 page witin Account? How do I get report of Account profile: i.e. of a separate account which containes all data within Account profile, including all contacts bound to the ccount? thank

Customizing quotes
We just switched to doing quotes on ZOHO and we want to be able to reflect savings on the quote. However, it seems that there are default fields (i.e. Terms & Conditions or Description) when creating a quote. The frustration is that we don't need Terms & Conditions on our quotes and Description doesn't show up on the PDF when I export it. Buttons question
When I create a custom function in Zoho CRM, I can create an argument for the Account ID. The function editor shows "int AccId". When I try to create a custom button and I want to associate a custom function to the button, the Account ID gets passed as "string AccId". Of course when I try to work with the Account ID, I get the usual BIGINT error. This seems to be a discrepancy. Am I wrong? How can I convert the string Account ID into a BIGINT? Should I have to? Hello! We are trying to set up an email or desktop alert to remind our agents to call customers on certain dates, but they just don't work how they are supposed to be. We have already created the field on the invoice tab wich asks for the date to be reminded, we set up the date but nothing happends when the day comes, UNLESS you open the invoice thats when Zoho sends the email reminder. So basically, the feature works but only if you open the customer invoice, wich is useless we need it to be automatic

Is there a way to add/link specific Contacts to specific Potentials? I can utilize the contacts feature in Accounts, but is there a way to link those and add to on specific potentials? hello, in our CRM we are not using leads tab , becouse we use crm to add customer directly. So we have one tab CONTACTS were we are recording all the data of the customer and the email also. Our company is mainly a B2C company that has very little use for the accounts module. Is there any way the eliminate the accounts module and customize the contacts module to handle the low percentage of B2B business we do? Change default "Account Number" field to a text field
I have not had this issue myself but have noticed that when I create a custom field for say, a company extension, the field must be created as a text field because a number field will automatically remove the "0" should the extension begin with a "0." -- Just a thought but I'm sure someone out there has account numbers that start with "0" or a letter.

Update email field
