How Contacts are listed
Currently my contacts are listed by last name. How do I get it so that the company name is the primary contact in the contacts list. I don't always have a name at first.

Combine information - create view from Contacts and Account information
Hi There Can someone let me know if its possible to combine views, e.g. I need a view in the module contacts with information about the account. Account owner is selectable but not the field Rating. Updating a record based on a date in another field (automatically adding time to another record)
Hi, I have a custom module I have created for construction and property based transactions. One of the functions that is increasingly becoming more and more important is the ability to automatically populate dates based on dates within the same module. For example field 1) is updated with a date. I would like fields 2) 3) and 4) to also be updated based on the date that is entered into field 1). Using custom functions with Product Details
I am wondering if anyone has built any custom functions that are associated with the Product Details section of the Quote module. Since Zoho gives you the option to add the "Product Details" field as an argument when creating a custom function for the Quotes module, I thought I would give it a try. No success, here, though. Has anyone else had any success using this in any way? Just curious.
Migrating existing custom lead field data to mapped fields in Accounts and Potentials
Hi Zoho, I have mapped a custom string data field from Leads to Accounts, and Potentials. How can I migrate all existing field data from the mapped lead field to Accounts and Potentials. They are not automatically pulling from the mapped field in Leads. Is there a routine? Thanks!
Run reports using key words
I would like to run a report using a key word to show all activity regarding this key word (brand) for the past month. How do I do this? I use Zoho as a rep for 6 different brands (which would be my key words), and I bcc emails from accounts/contact to Zoho per brand + log calls + log store visits per contact/account (and usually these logs go in notes under each contact/account). Is there an easy way to run a report entering the name of the brand (key word) to get a list of all activity for said
BCC dropbox not working
So I figured out that my BCC dropbox is not working on my account or on my team member's account. I'm sure about 500 emails have been lost that should have gone into CRM. Formula calculation based on pick list values
Hi There, I am new to using Zoho formulas so thought I would post this here. I have looked at some posts here but I never seem to understand some of the answers. I have created a module called "Tract" indicating a tract of land. I then linked it to the "Leads" module which I renamed to "Owners". I am able to add a single Tract to a Lead (Owner). I need to be able to add MULTIPLE Tracts to a Lead (Owner). How can I do this? Thanks in advance!

I've got a report that I do and I was editing it the other day by adding another column I had done that okay and it was showing up, but I also have the report to show on my home page, but yet when I go on to my homepage it doesn't show up for some reason? and I can't seem to find out how to get it to also show on my home page as it does on my reports list.
How many free acounts with standard plan?
Hello, Currently I have been tested Zoho CRM whit 3 free users. I noted that at the beginning I need only one user nwith standards plan functions and probably gorwing up bussines it could be necessary upgrade the plan and add more users. So, If upgrade the plan of one user to standard plan: 1.- I will lose relations with another accounts? 2.- Could I change user permission? Thanks in advance.

Sharing Brand Specific Leads with Brand Managers within CRM
We are using Zoho to manage franchise sales for several different franchise brands /companies. We have sales people assigned to working the leads. I've got a rather complex function and one of the steps based on a series of conditions is to covert a lead to an opportunity and then remove the lead, only I can't seem to find a way to delete the lead. Using custom functions to send photo with email
I am wondering if there is a way to use custom functions to attach or display the url of an attachment that has been uploaded to the record's "Attachments" related list. I have it set to automatically send an email after creating a Quote record and would like to have any files from the "Attachments" related list sent with it. Otherwise, I will have to manually send the email using the "more actions" > "send mail" command. Is this possible using custom functions? Can anyone give me a little direction
