Can I create a report or view which compares two fields?
I want a view of accounts where one date field comes before another date field. As far as I can see there doesn't seem to be any way to do this and the only options are to compare fields with fixed values. Is there any way to achieve this? It doesn't have to be via views or reports if there's another way to do it.
Want to show who was last responsible for "Potential Last Activity Time"
I want to list all Potentials by their Last Activity and by who carried out that Activity. The "Potential Last Activity Time" I am using in a report works fine - I can list Potentials in order of most recent activities, including Notes being added. However, I also want to see who was the last person to carry out that Activity or Note addition. There doesn't seem to be a "Potential Last Activity By" which includes people who added Notes to a Potential. "Potential Modified By" and "Activity Created
Creating tasks in Zoho CRM email - why don't they show up in CRM Activities ?
When I am reading my POP emails in my Zoho session i have the option at the bottom of the email to create a new task. How do I make that task show up in my Activities on my dashboard?

Hi, Perhaps there is a way to do this. I want to create a couple of custom fields for my task status list such as "Cancelled" and "Abandoned". When doing it, then it should "close" the task and no longer show up as active/open. Is there a way to do this?

Reviewing products purchased
Hello, I may be wrong but it appears not to be great for data entry for actual products purchased, in the way of quantity and date or purchase. Tried on the Leads page under `products` and also the Accounts page under `products`. It can be done on both, but it is a bit clicky and definitely not immediately apparent. As the time goes by and more records are added, it will be time consuming to look for info`. Has anybody used it as a product based system and found a way to both enter and access

I notice that if I include a colleague on an email as well as a client alongside the BCC function, you add my colleagues into ZOHO CRM as a new lead/contact. Can you allow the user to configure the BCC to exclude certain email domains when adding new contacts? Thanks

Activities - Calls
When viewing Activities and My Calls, the calls appear in an order that goes further date from today down to today's date. This makes no sense. I would like to be able to see what calls I have to make today rather than in january of next year. Can anyone tell me how to change the order these appear?

I've created a custom text area field for this purpose,but with only 2000 characters it is too small to use long term. I am trying to add a Nickname field (that I failed to map in a Migration) to existing Contacts. We are RENTING espresso machines. The process looks like this in ZOHO: 1. We rent a machine and a potential is created 2. When activities (service) are performed on the machine we make a CASE for the activity (ie. Installation, move) 3. Oulook Add-in - no account associating with Outlook 'Sent' emails
I thought I set up the Zoho Outlook Add-in properly and set up the 'Sent' folder sync settings as stated in the instructions. If I send an email 'from Zoho', it does record the email under the 'email' section of the account. However, if I send an email out of 'Outlook' to an account I have in Zoho it does not associated itself to the Zoho account. In other words, it's not syncing with Outlook's 'sent' folder. And, in my testing, if someone responds to and email that I've sent out of either Zoho

Why is the mime-type in the header for the returned API set to "application/jsonp" as opposed to "application/javascript"? It is causing errors in AJAX calls to the API and renders the API useless for client side integrations.

I am trying to create email templates. i was able to create one, and every email template i make after that saves in the email template list, however when i do to create the email out of the contact call screen, only my original email populates the list
