We need more granular control over placement of fields We also would like to see an option that sections in a form open up in a new window so as to not clutter one interface too much. user signature is not part of the choices in the email templ
Signatures are personal and should be included in outgoing emails but there is no field in the available merge field specifically calling for the user signature... Please include this in future releases so as to minimize confusion about whether or not to manually add to the email templates: ${User.First Name} ${User.Last Name} etc. What is really really needed is a preview of the email with ALL of the merge field data loaded to verify contents are accurate. thank you! task list: Administrator cannot view _all_ tasks
I just tested adding a task to a contact. When I went back to home and clicked 'view all tasks' I couldn't see the task that was just assigned to that contact. Therefore, 'View All Tasks' is not correct, it should read view _some_ tasks. I need to view ALL tasks across the entire CRM. And, I need to be able to edit the email that is sent to the recipient of a task email. thank you, Dennis Dennis Daniels
How to convert contacts to leads? screencast please
The help docs talk about Converting leads to contacts but what about the other way around? You meet someone... they are just a contact... they eventually turn into a lead for more business... how do you convert them from a contact to a lead? Do I have to export that contact(s) as XLS and then reimport them as Leads?! Please advise as we've a number of these... A screencast would be most appreciated! thanks! Dennis Dennis Daniels

I don't know whether this is a problem or posssibly a feature request. When I try to book a meeting with a contact by clicking on the 'New Event' button in the 'Open Activities' section it does not list the event in the contact details.

Open Tasks view
On my home page I have the "Activities" component. Past Events show up when I Edit the Component and select "Open Tasks" or "My Open Tasks", even though they are not Tasks. Strangely, they do NOT show up if I select "All Tasks" (or maybe that's the part that's working correctly). Tom Golden

selective export for those with rights, PLEASE!

Make email template subject line accept more characters?
Currently, I seem to have a limitation of 32 characters or thereabouts on the subject line of my email templates. However, this is to short because I'm using merge fields whose code takes up way more characters than the actual text that will be inserted. Can you lengthen that field to accommodate using merge fields? Or is there a way to customize that already?

Currently, in " Accounts View" mode, we can view notes created for the ad hoc account. Very useful ( We used to benefit from that feature in Sugar CRM ) would be the ability to view all notes from all contacts associated with a given account.
