Workflows on Orders
The overview of Workflow says you can create Workflow on Order records yet when I go to create a Workflow Rule Orders is not available. Is there a way to create a workflow on an Order or a work around? Thanks Gordon

Our customer is facing problem
Our customer have implemented this On premise edition, now there is a bug stating that after they've updated the license file with 8 users license and it will automatically revert back to the FREE EDITION 3 users after they use it for 3-4 days, and it will automatically deactivated other users and remain 3 users available. Can't download Outlook Edition - greyed out
Under setup > Personal Settings > Outlook Edition is greyed out. I am using Outlook 7 - is that the problem? The reason I want to use Outlook Edition is based on what I have found (or not found) so far. It appears that the only way I will be able to sync with a hand held device (other than Palm) - I have an old Toshiba e350 - I need to use the Outlook Edition and synchronize between Zoho CRM & Outlook and then back to my handheld. Has anyone else done this? I have never synchronized with 3 different
Leads Status
I made an auto task to be generated when changing the stage of a Potential. The Task should be generated one time only. I found that when ever I edit the Potential the task is generated which should not be like that. The task should be generated only if the stage is changed. This makes a lot of confusion to my team. Outlook Plugin
I am just looking at the outlook plugin, is there a way to only sync a few contacts rather than all the contacts in Outlook. I need this to prevent persoanl contacts turning up in Zoho.
Big problems with Field Width
The report/view makes the last column so wide that it forces all the other fields to be split onto 2 lines. For the last field, I want description/notes. But it hogs all the room, so all other columns wrap to two lines, even short coloums like phone number and lead owner. I want to tell it to only take a certain % of the width for the notes field. error in null data file
This is the second time I have written to you asking for help with importing campaign data, a generic not so useful message of Error importing the null file, and have not received a response. I created a test file with the same named fields and populated every value in the event the error was being triggered by a null value, but still receive the same error. I'm trying to explore this product as a solution for our company but without this basic ability I can't in good conscience do so. alex.work.email

There was a typo in the creation of a User ID and now the system does not allow me to either "delete" the user or change the User ID...what's the strategy here to fix this? Michael Cody

How to be productive with zoho
I am looking for ideas as to how others are productive with this suite of applications. I am currently an avid Gmail user, and I keep most of my contact information on Outlook at home. I have no CRM or PM tools so I am evaluating the tools here as well as the planner. What do you do all day long to be productive with your contacts and email without having to be signed into 5 different places? Ideally I'd like to be signed into the CRM all day to deal with the calendar and send/receive email. But
decimal figures
As my prices I need 5 decimals in all the figures fields. As far as prices I changed the settings but I can't do it as the fixed fields "SUBTOTALS" or "TAX", "ADJUSTMENT""(ex: QUOTES - My prices have more than 2 decimals but I can't save it because the fixed fields are setted for two decimals only and when I save the software generates a "error" message. Can I assign to a lead to what I call an email marketing campaign? I am evaluating Zoho CMR and the one thing I need is the ability to assign a sequence of canned emails to a new lead that are time released. For instance, once I assign a "campaign" to a lead the first day they get Email # 1, then on day 2 they get Email # 2, then on day 3 they get Email # 3 and so on ...
