export tasks/events to iCal
The ZohoCRM system would be much more useful to me, if the tasks and events that I create in Zoho could be subscribed to from my desktop calendar application (iCal) as an iCal feed. I would also like to subscribe to these events/tasks in my Google Calendar. I don't like that I have to always visit ZohoCRM to see what events or tasks I have to do each day. any chance this feature could be added to Zoho? thanks, Nate Nate Aune
Invoice Print display
When I use the Print Preview feature for my invoices, the currency values are right aligned and only have a single decimal place (e.g., $750.0). How can I change this to left aligned and showing two decimal places?

Regional Settings
Hello , I face a problem with the decimal point and digit group symbols. I am in Greece and even if i changed the regional settings in Windows the zoho crm confuses these two symbols. Any idea on how to solve it ? Thanks Mike mstavrianakos

I noticed that you can easily converted a Quote to a Sales Order by clicking on the "New Sales Order" button from within a Quote. Is it possible to convert a Quote to an Invoice directoy in the same manner? I'd like a "New Invoice" button on the Quote screen. Dave Formanek

Product Variations on SO, Inv etc
I know the inventory module that appears on sales orders, invoices, products is not yet customizable but I have another issue. I'm dealing with clothing and for each shirt ,for instance, comes in different colors and sizes. When someone orders we usually only have one product code for that style of shirt and associate color/size/qty to it. Your system only has one Qty field per item. Creating all the different variations of this one style of shirt would be fairly redundant and create extremely long
Help with Sorting Columns

Outlook Integration
The Outlook field is grayed out in my account (and I am the administrator). How can I unlock the Outlook edition to try that out? Is there an easy way for me to ask folks about their specific tasks? As CEO, I'm looking at others tasks and want to ask specific questions. Was wondering what you might suggest. Subtotaling Invoices
In CRM Reports... Invoice Reports... there is no way to subtotal on invoice amount. In fact, it is not listed in the Add Columns section when you customize it... I have been trying various reports to attempt to summarize and subtotal my invoicing activity but have not found a way to do so.
deleting users

Event changing
After the update on the calendar view, I cannot click on the event listed on the 31 day view to make changes. Right now it looks like we have to go to 1 day view to make changes. Are you going to allow us to click on an event to change from the 31 day view? Jerrid Bruyer

Dear Rishi, I have used your ZOHO Platform for one week now and i must say: it is great ! So far i am only missing a few things: - an alert of upcoming birthdays would be great - I have added a field called 'Company Name' in the contact fields. It is missing by default. would be nice if it was default, would make reports easier. - I have added two more Contact fields: 'likes' & 'dislikes'. Maybe one day i would like to invent everyone who likes Golf to a Golf tournament. So that gives me the possiblity
Upgrade Idea
After you schedule an event, it would be nice to be able to click a link that would create an outlook calendar item. I've seen this at evite.com before. This way, I don't have to create another event in my outlook calendar in order to get the reminder. I'm on a very restricted system and won't be able to install an outlook connector when you have one. Jake Posey

Hello I have a few issues w/my current solution. 1) edit buttons and others aren't working so well. For example, on the case page, says there are javascript erros at the bottom Also, when the toolbar logs in for Windows 2003, error message appear and ask if I want to debug Outlook. Can someone tell me why in the FREE personal edition I am not seeing a button to click on that says NOTES when I view each lead detail? Obviously I would like to add notes when I call a potential client and this is making it a bit hard to do when I can't even find it. My friend has the paid edition and hers shows it but mine does not? So where could it be hidiing??? :?

Web-to-Lead problems?
I have 3 different web-to-lead forms. Some of their fields are the same, and other are specific for each form. I found out that some custom field data was missing, after submitting the form. The reason is this: In the "Generating HTML for Web-to-Notas" I did select different fields for each form. And the custom fields that were not selected were not saved. So this is the tip: it is required to have checked all the fields in use in several web-to-lead forms in the "Generating HTML for Web-to-Notas"
