End DateTime is not a field we need, nor require, and created more work to create events. Would it be possible to have a drop down list for times rather then manual inputting them? Paul Bugbee

Hi, I created two ZohoCRM accounts, one for henk@skyrove.com and one for allister@skyrove.com. I tried to then add allister@skyrove.com to the henk@skyrove.com under the Company Name, Skyrove, but received an error that the user 'allister@skyrove.com' already exists. TextArea customm field
I have a Text Area type custom-field. Next I want to add it to the Web-to-Lead form. But it does not show in the available field list. I guess text-area fields do not work in the web-to-lead process. Or am I doing something wrong???

spacing and font size
Hey there at ZOHO international. Nice service. Ummm...just a question, I was wondering how to get the document to be double space. I click on it and nothing or it goes back to single. Same for font. Special characters in non-english language
There are some special characters in german (and other) language, that do not exist in english. For example the � in M�nchen (Munich) or � in K�ln (Cologne). City names are not the real problem (one can easily make a oe instead of �) - the problem are personal names, a lot of personal names contain these special characters. Problems Importing Contacts
I experienced problems very similar to those that others have described when trying to import my contacts list. I exported the list from my Thunderbird v. 1.5.0.7 address book, choosing .CSV format. Having noted the advice to eliminate the apostrophe (�), I opened the file first in notepad, and did a search and replace to replace the � with nothing. It also occurred to me to eliminate the quotation marks (�). I then saved the file, retaining its .csv extension, and tried to import it. I received

Problems with password recovery (By Mail sending)
Hello, I have a problem with Zoho CRM 5.0. I Create a user on the Login Page, and after i create a user, i cannot create another one on that same page. Import
Trying to bring my data into Zoho. I have tried csv and xls in various permutations with no success. Never get to the fields mapping box. File size is under 500k and row count = 1000. In csv, would at the very least be helpful to know how you want /r and /n handled. I have no more time today, probably not in foreseeable future to try to get my accounts imported. Server wont start
Hi, Randomly my zohoCRM server stopped starting. When I try and manually start it I get the cmd box running the commands then I get the flash screen which says "starting server" after a while the flash screen goes away and comes back again saying "starting server" this happens a few times before it gives up trying to start the server. Any ideas? this is really urgent
