API v2 campaign listing
Hi, I would like to use the API to retrieve the campaigns created. I have already been able to retrieve the accounts and contacts using the index but I am not sure how I should do for the campaign. How to mail merge pdf attach to workflow
Who could help me to find solution. I have to create mail merge document in PDF, attach it to email and send this document. Are there any ways of doing it? Have tried everything from Zapier to CloudConvert. I could manually crate PDF and download it but can't attach it to email template and assign to workflow. Will be glad if someone could help. Thanks!
New user invites not recieved
Hello, I am unable to add new users as the invites are not being received by the new user. We checked the spam of the new user email. We also tried a different email but the invites do not go out and so not able to add any new users. Can you please help?

Automatic Case Creation From Records In A Custom Module
HI All, I want to automate Case Creation and Closure from activities in a custom module. I can set up the workflow easy enough my issue is the deluge scripting - it's outside of my experience. (which is limited). For example Based on a criteria i.e Deployment = "Problem" I then want to automate the creation of a case. This case will need to associate with the custom record ID. Then in order to close the loop, I want to then update the case from Closed to then send a new value in the Deployment

I am useing Asterisk and zoho crm. now I configed the authtoken key ,and the Asterisk server details . And I click the phonenumber my extensitons rings, when I pick up,it can call out to the dialed number, but the zoho web page show unable to make a call to xxxx（‘dialed number’）. When I change the trunk name to the dialed number. it's runing will,no errors. So who can help me to reslove this problem? Thanks a lot.

How to enable convert option for non administrator user
Hi, I'm facing a challenge while giving permission for convert option for non administrative profiles. I have some custom modules, in that some custom convert functions are there.(Operation: if any one click the convert button, that perticular record will move to another custom module). And I have four active user's including a administrator. Here the problem is other then administrator user coudn't perform this convert action. So that I have tried to give permission in module permissions.

Urgent - CRM Mail Merge stopped working
Hello Zoho CRM mail merge with Microsoft Word is suddenly getting many "Invalid Merge Field" errors. We have seen this error before when fields or templates change, but in this case, the error message is displaying a blank for the invalid field name and we have not knowingly made any field or template changes in recent weeks. Hi There, Is there a way to create an automatic action that will create a 6 months review for any attachment added? For example - I add a attachment to an account, and in 6 months I get an email to review the attachment. All Tab Groups missing for one user

Hi there, We are using v2 of the Zoho CRM API, and requesting the scope ZohoCRM.modules.campaigns.ALL during the authorization. When creadting an email within a Lead or Deal by clicking "Send E-mail" -the main email address on the account automatically appears in the "TO" ; however, come Leads and Deals have more than one email. It would be nice to have both addresses automatically added to the email.

Associate Contact Email to Potential Record in CRM
A potential record in CRM already shows the associated contact records including the contact name and contact email. The potential record module contains a merge field for the contact name, but there is no contact email. We added a new custom field "Contact Email" to the Potentials module. Question, how we can automatically map this new field to the contact record's email? If we use a workflow automation is only lets us perform one action in a module at a time, not across two modules.

Multiple unique fields
If I have more than one unique field on a module (be it Leads or even a custom module), would each field be unique individually, or would all fields be unique together? i.e. if I had Email and Phone as unique, would the system typically allow for multiple users with the same email as long as they have different phone numbers and vice versa, or would it fail even if the second attempt of creating the same email but with a different phone number fail?
How to create lead with no company field?
I'm a real estate agent and my customers do not have a "company" field. Can I disable this field or edit it to be useful. I'm not sure what to use as a company field when importing my leads as well.

Is there a way to automate lead scoring? I used salesforce currently and looking to migrate, however, the key functionality that's necessary for our team is a lead scoring chart integrated into the CRM so that when I go on the leads page I can just sort by score. (the higher the score the hotter the lead) Currently you can do that only by setting manual scores, however, with salesforce I can currently set values for automated scoring. Email alert when a file is added to a lead - possible?
I'm curious as to know if this is possible. I am wanting to set up an automated workflow where: Lead is created (no trigger) PDF is manually added to lead profile (trigger) Email alert sent with file attached If Zoho cannot perform this, is there any solution that can integrate with zoho to do this? Zoho API insert product record subform
I'm trying to insert products into the Zoho CRM via the API (version 1.0). I have several hundereds of products in a custom XML file that need to be inserted in the CRM as products in my custom layout, but I am encountering several issues. Tracking venue availability via a calendar.
I need to have one centralized calendar where all of our account reps can check the availability of a venue. We have 2 venues and they could be in use anytime of the day. If I had to I could have a calendar for one venue and a different calendar for the other venue. Would I do this with a Google Calendar? Any Ideas ? Thanks Charlie
