Will deleting all Leads, editing offline, and re-uploading Leads, disturb data in other modules?
My goal is to mass edit the Leads module, removing duplicates, cleaning up fields, changing tags etc. I know that I can't make those changes without downloading leads, deleting leads from zoho module, editing offline and re-uploading. Will this disturb the data in other modules, if so how else can I make major changes to our leads database? The mass edit features within Zoho won't suffice Thanks, Casey

Help with integratng Deals and Quotes
Hoping to get a some recommendations on the best approach/tools and any available example information regarding them to make the following automations. How do you delete email history in a record?
Using the Gmail integration, there are emails that are coming into Zoho that I do not want recorded in the account/contact/lead record for various reasons; sometimes, for instance, customers send us their credit card information by email (unsolicited) and obviously we do not want that recorded in the system. I assumed I could just go into the record in question and delete the selected emails but it seems there is no way to do that?
Auto updating Sales Pipeline
We record sales calls in tasks where we assign a priority (Lowest-Highest). To save writing two sets of notes (in Tasks and Pipeline) is there a way taking the notes written in tasks where the Priority is High/Highest and then updating the pipeline to save writing the notes twice?

Hello there. I have one Zoho CRM extension which makes use of this library. It works perfectly in many browsers, but not in Safari 10.1 and 11.2. Apparently, the event PageLoad never triggers on Safari, for there are no errors reported. I also tried to debug this, but I never got to the callback function passed as listener for this event.

I would like to get Zoho Phonebridge integrated into our Digium Switchvox phone system. Importing Accounts Help Needed
I am trying to import our data so we can go live with CRM. When importing accounts all fields import properly except for phone and zip code where for some reason zoho inserts an = sign and quotes around the field (does not exist in the CSV file I am using to import). Visible Field Descriptions in New Version?
I would like to have a field description visible at all times for users, but I don't want long field names. For example: I would like Zoho Users to see: Number of PCs (Corp Location) The field name would be: Number of PCs This would not be part of the field name: (Corp Location) Have a field named 'Number of PCs (Corp Location)' is much too long and I've noticed that long field names cause problems when using Zoho CRM Reports. Microsoft Update to Edge Browser
