Hi, I cannot see Industry Field in Contact when I convert the lead to Account & Contact. I can see it in the Account details but cannot see the Industry field in Contact details. Kindly advice me on how to make it possible to show the Industry field in Contact details too. Thanks.
zoho.crm.getRecords has stopped working
I run custom scripts on our CRM database using the zoho.crm.getRecords function, carrying out mass update operations on some of the modules. It worked OK, aside from the fact that only 300-400 records could be processed at a time. This way I could update thousands of records in several modules. Then, all of a sudden, the response from the very same script is: Execution Failed Error occured please contact application owner. Latest Round of Changes and Feature Requests for Zoho CRM
I have noticed by going through various threads, that people requested certain features whether essential or not from as far back as 7 years ago, and still has not been implemented. Address autofill from Leads to Quote
Hello, We have structured our system to generate quotes from Leads. We do not use the Potentials function. So when I create a quote for a Lead it does not autofill the address information from that Lead into the Quote. Does anybody know how to do this?
Changing order of email legend on Contacts page
For some reason, I think my legend changed regarding the email sent as listed on my CONTACTS page. I don't care WHO sent it (to/from), but need the DATE sent. How do I make those changes on that page?
Incorrect Sort Order in Parent account

Cannot add Custom Field in ZoHo CRM
When I go into Setup > Customization > Field and select the Leads module from the drop-down list, I do not see a button for New Custom Field as the help documentation indicates. My login has "Super Admin" privilages. Please advise....

Convert lead without creating an account
We have noticed that you cannot convert a lead into a potential without creating an account. The natural flow is Lead (no value yet), after qualification you may be able assessing a value. I was attempting to change my primary email on my account and ended up putting down the wrong email (added a extra "c") ...so when I tried to go back and change it, I get the message that I have to get the confirmation email before I can change my primary..but I can't get a confirmation email...because I put down the wrong email. How to import Sales from ebay and/or Amazon
Hello, I tried to import my sales from ebay into Zphp CRM, After uploading the xls sheet in Zoho, the screen with the available fields is shown. But I see the field names of my ebay excel sheet but I am not able to choose a corresponding field in Zoho CRM. I this fields are shown the entry "Keine" in german, what means "no" in english. I have a free edition of Zoho CRM. I have tried some API calls, and for some I have got error: 4502 - module doesnt support in your edition (e.g. Cases, Invoices, Notes, Potentials, PriceBooks, etc.). Am I doing something wrong, or is not this functionality supported in free edition? Thanks, Darko

I have seen the developer API to use insertRecord method. It asks me to create xml to insert data. But i do not know how to use that method. Is there a way not to have to build a search over and over and over?
Under contacts I build a search criteria to filter out clients to get a Total Number, then I go to build a campaign and have to build it all over again so I can add them to a Campaign, then I need to run a report, which again requires me to build the criteria for the search, so that I can upload it to a mail program. Workato Recipe for Connecting Zoho CRM to Quickbooks Online
I'm using a trial version of Zoho CRM Professional to test out the feature set. I'm using some canned recipes on Workato that are supposed to transfer data to Quickbooks Online from Zoho CRM based on a trigger. My connections appear to be good, but it doesn't look like Workato is able to connect to Zoho CRM or Zoho CRM isn't playing nicely with Workato. Is anyone else using Workato successfully to transfer data to Quickbooks Online from Zoho CRM?
Problem with accessing Contact in the Tasks screen
We are using the Free version of Zoho CRM. All of sudden I'm no longer able to access the contacts in the Task screen - I can't access it when I create a new task and I can't access it when I pull up an existing task under Activities. I'm a salesperson and need to be able to see the contact names when I've doing follow-up calls. Please help - I tried signing out and then signing in. Nothing seems to work.
