Zoho crm api : retrieve records using getSearchRecords method - java
I would like to retrieve Leads data from my Zoho CRM based on multiple search conditions. That is, I would be filtering based on Lead Owner, Created Time and Lead Status. Manually I am able to do it directly on the site and view the filtered data. But I want to use the java api for zoho and I am not sure how to specify multiple parameters in 'searchCondition'of getSearchRecords method.The code which I am using for setting the parameters is, String selectColumns ="Leads(Lead Owner,First Name,Last

No Accounts or Leads
Hi, I have a Zoho account (free version) as part of a company account with 5 users. I am unable to see any of the accounts/leads we have, everyone else can view them all. Is there a setting stopping me being able to view all the accounts and leads? My permissioning is the same as other users under our company account as far as we are aware. Thanks Tom
Cannot Change User ROLES - Only option is " CEO or Manager"
I have followed the instructions on https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/security/create-roles.html#Create_Roles. But there is no " Roles" section under "user permissions" I don't want all my employees to be CEO's

Are reports only available on a 1:1 basis per module? We really need a report that pulls various fields from various modules.....Using Professional edition, but let me know if possible in ANY edition. Thanks.
Dashboard Table of a Matrix Report
Dear Zoho, Every time I attempt to create a dashboard component, whether that be a table or a chart, from a matrix report I keep getting the following error: "You have not selected any grouping columns in your Source Report. There must be at least one Grouping column in the Source Report." Does this mean that you cannot produce a dashboard element from a matrix report as my matrix report is grouping data by 2 elements. Issue : When I use API to insert lead, system automatically assign me (administrator) as lead owner. Question: is it possible to assign lead to some technical account (without using additional licence) OR with empty lead owner?

Report Creating Question
Hi, I am hoping that someone here with more knowledge on report creating on here will be able to assist. Whenever I create a report that includes some of the other modules i get an awful lot of duplicated entries such as contact names or email addresses. I pulled off a report yesterday of over 5000 contacts, some accounts that only have one contact and i will see each of these names and email addresses multiple times for the account. mass emails - campaign contact list
I would like to upgrad on Standard in order to use the "mass emailing" functionlity. I generate target contact lists for mass emails via "Campaigns". Via "custom view" I can not filter my targets by customer AND contact criterie! - thererfore I use "Campaigns". But there is no "mass email feature" under campaigns? Thats my problem...

Added a new standard user but not able to access the database
I have added a new user. He has standard privileges as do 2 others added prior. Prior two can see and access the database but the most recent cannot. Upon logging in he is presented with a screen asking him to create new accounts or import accounts. Any idea what is wrong?
