Send Mail from Lead/Contact/Potential not using default email address
I have specified my company email address as my default under the sent as default email address. The default is automatically selected when sending emails from Zoho Mail (within CRM). But it does not select the default email address when sending emails from within the various modules (Lead, Contact, etc..). It defaults to my Zoho email account and I have to remember to change it?
Leads not importing
I am unable to import leads from Excel. I have tried with a Lead ID column and without. I have added my own Lead ID # to the spreadsheet and still no luck. Sometimes the Lead Id field doesn't even appear in the mapping step and other times it does. Anyone else experienced this?
Any fix know to allow Zoho CRM Quote to upload to PDF in Windows 8.1?
Yesterday I was using Windows 8 and was able to transfer a Zoho Quote in CRM to a pdf file. Then I updated to Windows 8.1 and now when I go to transfer to PDF, I get the correct template screen, and then get to "Open" the file. then a screen pops up that says "Can't open this file. There's a problem with the file format." Can you help?
Dashboard: Revenue overview of online marketing campaigns with flighting
Hi, I would like to ask you for help. We are an online marketing agency setting up our sales CRM on Zoho. For a proper tracking I need a report showing me the standard amount of campaigns sold by our sales reps (expected, or closed), but the revenue/sales amount needs to be allocated according to the flight/delivery dates of a campaign. e.g. campaign for a brand is sold at March 13th, but is going to be delivered from April 1st to May 31st. Then I would like to have the revenue allocated accordingly

Web to lead form not working properly
Sometime around April 4, 2014 my web to lead form on my website stopped sending the automatic reply to my email when the form was submitted. The leads are registering in ZOHO and the submitter is receiving the automatic reply which notifies them that we will contact them shortly. Since we weren't notified that the form was submitted, we never contacted the lead. Obviously, this sucks for business. Any insight on how to remedy this would be greatly appreciated.

We want people at trade shows to enter their details into an ipad, rather than a phone. We have created a new lead webform in Zoho CRM. We want to embed this into Zoho crm. Can this be done (indicated as an option embed into Zoho Sites)? IF not, then is there an Ipad app?
Changes to Status pick list not reflected on Lead screen
After I have made changes to the Status pick list they are not reflected on Lead details screen. The old pick list options still appear.

I have seen other questions on this subject but no real replies. I book appointments using google calendar, is there some way of doing this through zoho in stead of me effectivly doing this three times? Google Calendar, Next action and a setting within my database for appointments (as i migrated)?
Mail Add-On - I want to View All
Hello, Is there a way to "View All" mail sent & received by all users in Zoho? In the Email Field List, I can select "Sent Emails from CRM" or the individual user - but I cannot select an option to "View All" emails from all users. This is very important because we have many users in our company. Now, we must click on every user's name to see all emails we have sent to our customer. Thanks

Hello, I am new on the ZOHO CRM, that's why i need some information because I am a bit confused. I want to add a calculation function on my CRM, to calculate some prices every time I need. Just add some new prices at runtime and calculate the costs. Is there any way to do that and how could I achieve it? Thank you
Unable to save notes
We are currently unable to save notes in zoho crm, all the other fields appear to work fine.
When I re-upload products to CRM it creates clones rather than overwriting.
I regularly need to update product prices in bulk. I want to do this by updating products in bulk with the overwrite function on upload.This unfortunately ors not overwrite it nearly creates duplicates. This makes the system completely useless for us! Is this a bug? can it be fixed or solved? Cheers Dan

Hi Sir, I deadly need the "Batch Number" control function in Inventory Management. It's common that you need to record the batch of your product, especially in Pharmaceutical, Food industry. Here is what it does: When you "Purchase Order"/"Sales Order"-->Select Product from Product List-->Input "Batch Number" for each one. Check Inventory-->Show a detailed list of stocked products with one batch one line.(Or you can summary same product with different batch.) I appreciate if you can implement this

Hello, I have a problem importing my Leads from a Excle sheet. First im saveing the file as .csv file. But after upleading i can not allocate for example company name, email etc. to the right field. It shows all in one line in column 1. How can i get this managed right? thanks a lot! Thomas

Here's the requirement I have. Wondering if it's possible within Zoho Crm So for our different customers at different stages of the sales process we have different documents sent to them. In the early stages they might request collateral or pricing docs while in the latter stages it is documents like MSAs or NDAs. We send emails with these attachments uploaded into Zoho. Add Date to Log a Call in Zoho CRM
When you use the Log a Call feature, the activity is recorded OK in "Closed Activities" BUT has no date associated with it. The call 'Date Time' field does not show in Closed Activities, so you have no idea when the call was made. How can this be fixed? Thanks Matt

Our company uses Zoho CRM to focus on collecting information about customers. As such, we want to be able to view all information about a given customer when the click on their name under lead/contact. The problem we are running into is that we aren't able to associate multiple people with one event. I know you can invite multiple people to one event but when you click on a record it doesn't show the event under their open or closed activities. I need a way to see all of the events a customer has
Issue with Email authenticantion
Every time I try to send an email to a lead - I receive a message telling me my account needs to be authenticated. But I have already authenticated it with the email that comes when a new account is created. I even created a second account and authenticated it but I am still having the same problem.

Report on the stage history and duration NEEDED to make a working and actual pipeline!
Hi. There is a problem: we cannot make a report which contains stage history of any potential. As a consequence, it is almost impossible to convert data on the history of a potential into the valid pipeline. I beg you to help us and include into the Advanced CRM Analytics fields which contain stage history of any deal and the fields which will help us to count the duration of any deal within a stage in the pipeline.

I can't create more rules based on my current edition. Is there a workaround? Why is this limited in the first place. I wish ZOHO would point out that their system is limited to number of fields, workflows etc. So you don't spend time building it only to find out you cant finish the job.
New Lead Alerts Don't Work With API Leads . . . Help!
Hi There, Can anyone help. I have set up rules, alerts and emails to notify me when a new lead is created. This works perfectly when we manually create new leads. However, we have integrated the Zoho CRM API with our own website to work with our free trial sign up form. New leads are created this way in Zoho but the alert is not sent. Hello Experts, I'm trying get an idea about feasibility of integrating ZOHO CRM's PRICE BOOK / QUOTE INVOICING features with Zoho Creator (or an external database like Access or MSQL) Is it possible to generate dyanamic Unit Prices based on user defined parameters (eg Model, Plating Type1, Plating Type2), which are passed to a database (eg MSQL or similar), and which returns a Unit Price for including in a Quotation? In my company: Each Model has 4 Parts Each Part has a Raw Price and Plating Weight.
Automatically importing leads from another website--email?
Is there a way to import leads automatically that are generated on another website? I have dozens of new leads daily coming in on current sites, and I can cc a Zoho email address if it can import those contacts into my leads, but it's too clunky to do a file export > import every day.
