Hello, Zoho staff, I need to create an Activity Report that shows how many visits our sales reps made to customers per day (i.e., name of sales rep, date, type of sales visit). Today, customer visits can only be grouped by "Start DateTime" in the Activity Report. Instead, I need to group the visits grouped by "Start Date". I am efficient in Excel, but for the life of my can not figure out how to do basic functions in this. I am making a form for CCTV salesmen to fill out. Each channel has a selection of different type of cameras they can assign to it. Example: CH01 Indoor Dome Outdoor Dome CH02 Indoor Dome Outdoor Dome I want the formula to say something like this... Syncing Tasks with Outlook
I would like to know if there is a feature that allows for my TASKS within Outlook to be PUSHED to Zoho CRM but I do NOT want any TASK created within the CRM to be Pushed Back to Outlook? I would obviously still want to maintain the new TASKS within Outlook to update the existing TASK within the CRM. Thanks.
Missing modules and other changes without notice
I have set up 5 different companies over time with ZOHO CRM and usually know what I am doing. Recently I set up a new company with the free edition: custom fields created, renamed modules and so forth The company pays when they need to mass email and then goes back to the free version. Without any notice, my custom fields are gone, I cannot create new ones. My modules are gone... What used to be free is now gone...I follow ZOHO CRM everyday and did not get any notice of impending changes and revisions

Web form submit / Reset button not aligned correctly
I have created a web form I want to use TOP aligned. In the preview the submit button is set to the right of the form and on my web page it is completely to the right of the form which doesn't look right and looks messy. Is there any way to correct this from your end of development or if I can do anything so they buttons lay underneath the form appropriately?

We have Mail Add On enabled. We select Emails tab from CRM menu, select an email , then select the CRM tab at the bottom right of the mail preview pane, then select the potentials tab and potentials come up that are connected to the email address of the account, however when we click on 'Associate' next one of the emails, we get a red warning that it was not possible to complete the action, with the message quoted in title: Unable to process your request. Please verify if the name and value is appropriate

I can't save an edited Potential. The page stalls with loading

All Leads Converted to One Person, Please HELP
Hello, I pulled off a lead report last night and when I came onto Zoho this morning all leads that were shown (in this case 100) have all been converted to one employee and the created date all changed to yesterday. You can see in the attachment that all leads have converted to my name, yesterday they were assigned to all over employees. The created date for each lead should all be different :/ Thanks for any help!

Multiple Zoho accounts - leveraging docs on one account with CRM on another
I have two different Zoho accounts. One that is more personal that I pay for a standard Docs subscription for 250GB of storage and a different one attached to my Google Apps Domain for a start up I am building. I leverage Zoho CRM with my business account, but because of all of the storage space I have and pay for from my personal account I would like to store my docs there yet be able to attach them easily to my business CRM account. Is this possible? CRM lets me leverage a different Google account

Can I use CRM to track donations
I have a non-profit in which I need to be able to track donors and their giving activity throughout the year so we can 1. communicate with them more effectively, 2. Be able to track data report donors activity, and 3. be able to send out year end reports through email and written letter of donor's activity for tax purposes. Determining Version of ZOHO

Deleting events in ZohoCRM Calendar does not delete them in gCalendar
If I ad and event in the Zoho CRM Calendar, either directly or through the Zoho Calendar, the event appears in my gCalendar and my phone almost immediately. I can happily amend any events and the updates appear in my in gCalendar and phone immediately also. However, if I delete and event it is not deleted in gCalendar. Is this the expected behaviour? Why won't LEADS created within iPhone App populate to browser-CRM and iPad?
I am a (new) paid professional subscriber. I created some leads on the browser CRM and they have populated to the iPad and iPhone apps. However, this morning I created a new lead on the iPhone App, but it is not syncing with the browser or iPad. That is, the new lead I created is not appearing anywhere else except for the iPhone App. Please help.
Outlook 2013 Integration: Subject Line / Association
How do you associate a TASK that is created from Zoho with Outlook 2013. The only indicator that shows on TASK that have been created from Zoho is an additional row right above the SUBJECT line that only says: "ZOHO" This does not provide enough information to tell which, Lead, Account, or Contact is associated with the TASK. Export Contacts with accented characters
I want to export my Zoho CRM Contacts that have an email, to Zoho Mail. Since this is not automated, I tried to export the Zoho CRM Contacts to a CSV file using the Data Admin Export Tool. However when I view the CSV file, it contacts ? (strange) character instead of the Accents some of our contacts have in their names. Ex: François holds the ç character. Paul

Right now the "Home" tab is effectively various views of the "Activity Stream" of the business. Let's not lose this, but let's get Zoho to give us another tab, one that is highly configurable by the users or admins and can accept feeds from several sources. Some of this could be done via a Web tab, and I get that, but it is not the same. why do the available fields not populate on templates
I cut and paste the fields on an email template. The email using the template shows Dear ${Leads.First Name} instead of the first name. How can I fix this

Where do BCC Dropbox messages go when there are duplicates?
HI I like the new BCC Dropbox feature as i have never been able to get the Outlook plug in to work. However, when i send an email to BCC Dropbox and the person that I'm sending it to has duplicate entries in the CRM I find that the email does not get stored against any of them. Is there a way to work around this or have i just got to get rid of all the duplicates? many thanks Kate
