Hi All, This is my 4th day with this organization and I am, at this point, unfamiliar with Zoho and it's capabilities. Are there other options for taking job order information for Zoho which allow you to search the candidate database for qualified candidates? Any help/advice you can give is greatly appreciated. Nate

Today's converted Leads
Hi, I am working on a application with different zoho account where we have more than 1 Million leads. The team follows the leads using our custom application (all leads are mirrored) and convert the leads in zoho CRM. Can't modify any information because error message
You can only VIEW records in this Zoho CRM site. Any other operations which involves ADD, UPDATE or DELETE will NOT WORK. Web to lead form has stopped working
We have a web to lead form on our website for people interested in becoming customers here that was working perfectly but now has stopped working suddenly. People can fill in their details, but they don't then appear as a lead in the CRM. I'm very concerned about this as we are probably using business. Please help!
Zoho CRM Users & Permissions - Role
I have the free version of Zoho CRM. When I add a new user, it says he is the CEO. I clicked edit, highlighted the word CEO and tried to delete it. The deletion did not take. I clicked on role button and it said I needed to upgrade. I can't have messages going out to prospective customers with him listed as CEO. Please advise.

Number of products for the record has exceeded the limit (Error 4489)
I'm receiving this error when creating/updating a sales order: Number of products for the record has exceeded the limit Error nro: 4489 I don't see it listed on the api documentation about error messages. Can someone tell me if there is really a limit in the number of products which can be added to a Sales Order, and what is that limit? Thank you, Pablo.

CRM Calendar is not syncing to correct time in Google
Hi, I have my crm time zone set to EDT for Detroit since I live in Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA. My CRM events are syncing to google calendar 3 hours ahead of where they should be. I've tried a couple other EDT options in crm settings and it's still off by at least 2 hours. Please advise Thanks,

How to add Campaign Source on Web-to-Lead form?
We are planning some advertising campaigns on several different Web sites. We can use the Lead Source field to capture certain information, and we have added several custom fields to our Leads. But I just realized that Campaign Source is not available as one of the fields we can select when using the Web-to-Lead form generator. In fact, while trying to figure this out I also noticed that Campaign Source is not listed on the Lead Settings/Fields List page. But it is shown on the Lead Settings/Edit
Creating Visibility of Lead Approval from web to Home Page?
We would like instant visibility of all the leads that have come in from our web site on our home page so that we can act on them quickly. Is there a way to move the "Lead Approval" which contains a list of all the new leads to the home page somehow? A second question, which I'll post separately, but thought I would mention here - Is there a way to configure an e-mail alert when we have received leads from our web site (even though they are awaiting approval to populate the Leads fields?) I need help please...... I need to find a report that will show all accounts/contacts that do not have an open activity. This is a simple task that elevates data falling through the cracks. Any suggestions on how to do this. I can't believe a CRM does not this functionality!!!

I am requesting to have a maintained, up-to-date resource - as a document, or even a web page / manual page - that details what merge fields are available from what modules and the proper syntax. Having to edit custom templates to find out what is available is not always the best scenario... is there a better way to look-up these fields outside of editing an email?

Web to Lead Integration for Google Sites?
We have successfully implemented Web to Lead integration on our Google site but are having a problem that I can't seem to fix. We have several contact forms that serve different purposes (generic contact us, download various white papers, etc.). We have tried to add lead source to each contact form as a hidden field so that when the lead comes in, we can tell which part of the site it came from without making the user fill it in. It appears that there is no way to do this through the CRM feature's
Facebook integration/authentication
When I try to use the FB integration and associate a contact/lead with a facebook account, it prompts me to login to facebook via Pop-Up, which I accept. The Pop-Up then closes almost immediately and goes back to the same message. It was working a week ago, not sure why it is not functioning now? Thanks.

Apologies if firstly this has already been raised (I can't see a similar thread after reading the forum) and secondly if I'm missing something obvious! As an administrator of our Zoho CRM we have imported all our accounts (customer details) from our previous CRM system and I can view them when I log in, under accounts/all accounts. I am using the Free Version and have set up a customized view for Accounts. On the web, I can click on a column title and the data will sort on that column. Is this functionality possible on the iPad app -- sort? Is the sort capability available in any of the paid versions?

I have a SIPGATE account and have been using it with Chrome successfully on multiple sites other than when using ZOHOCRM. Is anyone else using SIPGATE with any success in ZOHO. I also use Google Voice and am aware of the known issues/workarounds there.

Can't use email templates with Sales Order or Quotes
Hello, after closing a sale or a quote, I always send the customer a copy in pdf. The thing is, in the sales order and quote page we have the "send email" button, that automatically creates and attaches a pdf of the document...while this is great, there is one big problem: I can't access the email templates.
