Zapier Error
Getting this error with Zapier and Bigin. Anyone else?Automate email goes into spam
Dear Zoho Team, I have created a web form and integrate it into my website. But whenever the user fills data and submits the form. I have automated the thanks you email message to that user. But that email goes into SPAM. please help me to fix this .How do companies deal with unqualified leads?

Hi, I am currently testing out Bigin but one key feature that seems to be not working for me is that events do not get created automatically when a meeting is scheduled in my calendar. Both my Google Calendar and Contacts are sync'ed successfully. Amwhere does it show the mass emails I have sent to my contcats in Zoho Bigin
I cannot find what emails I sent to whom from my contact groups. Some are sent some are not. Those send do not appear as sent either in IMAP or sent by Bigin view. My Bigin contact module is not updated, Someone please help..unable to send mass emails from bigin contacts?

I am unable to add new calls with this error message stating that there is a 25000 records limit in Bigin and we have to upgrade to Zoho CRM to continue. What is the reason for this and what is the resolution? What is 25000 Limit on? I'm creating an automation with Zoho Flow to create a new contact & event when a new event is created in Calendly. I first create the contact then create an event with the contact's email address as a Participant. When I view the contact in Bigin, I don't see the event in the Activity pane for my contact. When I create the event through bigin manually it shows up in the activity pane. I believe this is a bug as it's working through manual actions.Begin Telephony- create a deal not possible?
When I accept a call in Zoho CRM I can create a deal from that call. in Bigin, it only gives me the option to create a contact or add to a contact. Is this right? I can't create a deal from phone calls in Bigin?I cannot select date field "Is not Empty"

Tried a number of times to import Deals: mapped the fields properly, column names, tried .CSV and .XLSX formats; regardless of what I try, Deals do not show up. Bigin displayed the records as they were imported and everything 'looks' fine. Ideas?Setting call times and marking them as complete
When I log a call, I set a call time for a few minutes before the then-current time so it appears in the CRM as starting in the past. When I try to mark the call as complete, I get an error message saying "Call start time should be in the past". I checked my profile time zone and it is correct. It would be useful that the export tool also include address details for the Customer when exporting deals. At present it only exports a lot of behind the scenes columns and lacking the details that the user want to see or use. Currently when I export this information I am having to link them inside excel. In the Channels->Email->Email Sharing Permission->Public There is "Exclude Domains" where I have entered our domain so that internal emails cannot be imported. This does not seem to work. I can find no help on this option. What is it supposed to do?Email Signature
