Recource Utilization
We use Recourse Utilization feature. It is almost the best tool a Manager can have. But it has a Major bug that many times make it useless. The problem is especially in large tasks. For example 8hour work task but generally it a problem in every task. When u have planned 8 hours in a task and you have made 50% Completion Percentage this means that the task has 4 hours more to work. The problem is that the app does not calculate the Completion Percentage and keeps calcluating a split between days.
