One of our clients is a partnership firm. The Zoho books subscription was bought using one of the partner's email id. Now that partner is leaving the organization. Question is - How do we transfer the ownership of the Zoho books subscription to another partner. Thank you.

Problems with CRM sync + contacting support

Video feed panel needs to be adjustable
When screen sharing is enabled, the video feed occupies a portion of the screen of the participant making the screen share smaller. This is worst if no one transmits video, as the participant just sees a number of black boxes occupying the screen. The video feed panel needs to be adjustable or retractable, so that one may choose to keep both or remove the feed and increase the shared screen size.
Error sending data into Marketing Hub
I created a flow that sends data into Zoho Marketing Hub. During test, the flow works fine. But during live execution, the flow fails. The error message is: Zoho MarketingHub says "Fehler beim Abonnement. Bitte warten Sie etwas ab, versuchen Sie es dann noch einmal." (Error with your subscription. Please wait a moment and try again). Any ideas? Thanks
"Wait Condition" like in Campaigns?
We started our trying to use Campaigns, but Flow can't update tags inside Campaigns, so we've tried to switch to MarketingHub, only to find that there's no "Wait Condition" like in Campaigns, we can't setup our "New Customer" journey - as we need to wait at certain points for "up to 2 days" for a tag to update. Unable to export converted contact from a form
From a subscripiton form, I try to export all converted contacts. However, the Export panel is behind the Confirmed contacts... Editing the z-index: of the popup class from 13 to 100 resolves the problem. But you ned to have web dev skills :) Regards

Attachments sent in Zoho mail is corrupted
Hello, I am facing this issue for a few months now, any attachments i send out from my Zoho mailbox (excel, word, image)gets corrupted. I am not able to view it from my sent email. Filtering Multi select fields
We created several custom fields using the "multi select" field method. When we try to filter any one of these fields we do not get the drop-down of selections like you do in a "pick list" field. Currently our only way to filter is use "contains" and manually type some information into the window. This is problematic since several of our list entries have similar names but very different market segments.

SEO parameters not saving in Zoho commerce

Inserting Subform Row via an Action on a Report
Currently, inserting a subform row using an action on a report isn't allowed (see the screenshot below of what I'm trying to accomplish: allowing users to insert a vote into the Votes subform of each record). Can anyone (Damien Cregan?) think of a way to insert subform rows using a button on a report that doesn't require the use of a stateless form? Mail Merge function is broken
Hi there, I've previously used the mail merge function on almost a daily basis. For the last week now it seems to be completely broken. Upon running the mail merge you will get a success email "Merge has been completed! ✅" however all the emails failed. The error is Failed (28) I've tried multiple forms and different input data and it doesn't seem to work. Also your lodge a problem form is also broken, upon clicking the submit button nothing happens and I can see javascript errors in the console.

Notebook keeps losing my data
I had this problem a lot in the past and compensated for it by always copying the entire text of a note before closing it, but it seemed to be fixed and after many months of good behaviour from the app, I stopped doing that. External users upload files or images to WorkDrive fails
I've been trying to add an external supplier on a workdrive folder and have the link setup with the person to "upload" access but no matter what they cannot load files past 99%. How do we fix this?
Multiple Customer Records
When you add a customer to an apointment it allows you to re-create them as a new customer multiple times, which means you can never track all their appoinments as they are saved against multiple customer records. There needs to be validation on the "create customer" functionality to warn you that the customer already exists.
Adding custom div to site
Hi, I want to add a custom div to my site which does some animation based on some javascript logic. Is it possible to add such a custom div to the first panel of the page before anything else loads, including the header? Its like an introductory animation that needs to be displayed when someone lands on the page. It disappears after the animation completes and is no longer seen.
Adjustable Panes In Articles | Feature Request
Hi Zoho, Could we please request the panes be made adjustable when editing or viewing articles? As you can see in the screenshot below, the left hand pane (all the white space) takes up half the screen making the actual article text much smaller. It would be better if the left hand pane (which lists the chapter/article name) could be re-sized, ie; made more narrow to allow the article body text pane to be much larger and take up most of the page.
