Currency fields all suddenly showing NaN
Was there a recent update? It seems to have broken all my currency fields. They all appear as "NaN" and when I click edit, the actual field is blank, meaning the value is lost.

Unable to use HTML email in a Custom Function using Deluge sendmail[]
Hi, I'm trying to create a custom function that sends an email, an HTML email with formatting and images, to be used with a business rule in Zoho Projects. I've stripped the 'message' part of the sendmail function right back to basics but it still fails. In the example below, removing the DIV styling tags allows it to save successfully. Won't save with styling tags, or image tags.If the message is changed to a simple "<div>TEST</div>" it saves. Can anybody please shed some light on what the problem

Hello We're testing out zoho CRM and therefore trying to connect our FreePBX and Zoho instances. There are two ways (afaik) to connect Zoho and FreePBX: Version A Using the commercial plugin provided by Sangoma "Sangoma CRM". When trying to "Authorize with Zoho" from FreePBX, we get the following error message in a new browser window: ERROR_invalid_client Nothing else, just this. GSTR1 Data Push not as per Books
Now a days, whenever I try to push data with Books for GST1, it always misses some documents push. For this month, I pushed the GSTR1 for Jan2020, I had 3 credit notes for that month but Zoho only pushed 1 and in the summary in books also shows only 1 credit note for the month. Also, a unique problem I face is due to my company being in a UT, for a intra-state bill or invoice it pushes CGST value correctly but for some reason does not push UTGST value. Attachments not displaying in 'Attachment' tab.
We have a ticket which has 2 attachments displayed on the 'Conversation' tab, but we have decided we would like to delete one of them. The problem we have, is the Attachments tab is not displaying that 2 attachments were uploaded - so we are unable to click on the 'More' dots and delete said attachments. Hi, some year ago I have set the Reply-to address in my free zmail account, but now I have to modify/delete it and I cannot find where and how. The setting disapeared from custom SMTP and in unfindable in every page of menu, and so I'm not able to remove "reply to" in composing email window. Can you help me?

Unable to edit templates in Zoho campaigns
We tried creating a campaign today and when we tried to access the basic templates to edit the same, we were unable to do it. We tried in various browsers, switched machines from `Linux to `Mac to Windows but no avail. When we tried inspect element, JS did not load at all. Seems like an ongoing issue.

Duplicated tasks not automatically appearing in task list
Last week this featured worked perfectly. It's not working now. 1) I create a task 2) I copy the task, and set the number of copies I want made 3) I get the confirmation that the duplicate copies have been made and then nothing. The newly duplicated tasks don't appear in the left-side-bar task list. If I close out of the task, the tasks don't appear in the list of tasks associated with the project. I have to refresh the task list (by clicking All Tasks) and then the duplicate tasks appear. Any suggestions

Duplication of contacts when syncing with outlook

External Workdrive users can't create folders
When I start a project, I create a folder in workdrive, and then share an external link with the client so he can upload files. I just noticed that my clients can't create folders, so the only way to upload files is all mixed up in the main folder. Is there a way to allow folder creation inside a shared folder? If not, could you add it?
Custom Views are gone

zoho.creator.getRecords (Using creator name fields)

The problem seems to be that conditions entered into the function will not work if they are asked to use a field that was created using the name field in creator. Exchange Activesync Not Sending Emails
I've been having an issue since Tuesday where none of my Exchange connected devices can send emails (2 Apple IOS devices, and Outlook). It was all working fine until then. There aren't any error messages. I send the email, it acts like it was sent, and just never shows up in the sent items folder. I've tried this against all of the mail accounts I have setup in Zoho, it doesn't work in any of them (verified against email accounts I have with other providers). Stars rating disappearance
Hello there! I already sent a message in private to Zoho but I hope I am not alone with the problem so I post my request here aswell. We used the stars ratings system for our customer's feedback and we were really happy with it. It was simple and really precise. It was one of the arguments for choosing Zoho. We then discovered the disappearance of the stars for 3 ugly smileys (yes, I know, I can change that). But it really doesn't go with our company's image, it isn't precise and destroyed our stats.
Sending repost by email FROM the creator of the report
Hey, we have several reports that we would like to send periodically via email. I've set up an Email Schedule but the sender of those emails is either me (as the admin) or notifications@zohoanalytics.com. The user who created the report would like it to be send on his behalf, so he edited the Email Schedule and set his email address (and of course saved!). The email is still being sent on my behalf, and I don't even see the email of the user who created the report. How can we solve this? M.
