Self Client setup does not accept required scope
I do the self client setup to get the grant token. I tried the following scopes but it throws an error: ZohoCRM.modules.ALL, Aaaserver.profile.READ from your self client webpage and the ajax call returns an html error page. Your doc says this scope is required but it does not accept it. Email going to outlook spam
Hi, I recently setup my zoho email with my shopify store and i did a test email to my personal email addresses. I noticed the outlook emails are getting marked as spam, yahoo and gmail delivers fine. I did a search and realize it's a common problem with Zoho emails and it's really bothering me seeing as a lot of my customers still use the outlook/hotmail accounts. I've added all the required TXT settings but still the same issue. Can someone help me out with this please?

We are SS Immigration Services, We subscribed to the email services provided/hosted by Zoho Corporation. Contact form broken
The form at https://www.zoho.eu/mail/contact.html is broken. When I hit the Submit button a broken page comes up showing Error found while adding the data... Please get back and rectify » [] 1 . Failed to add data. I have also tried to submit support requests by emailing Zoho support but my emails are ignored. We have Zoho One set up for two companies. Is there a way we can raise tickets in such a way that they are not totally ignored?

Hi, We encounter an issue which suddenly zoho desk stop creating tickets via email. I try sending multiple support to the support email address but still no ticket created. I've been testing zoho desk for a couple of days but when I decided to replace my current system to zoho desk this issue happen and Its not good. Analytics Crashing on Safari 13 (MacOS)
Anyone else having Zoho Analytics crashing on them while working on reports? Causes my browser to hang and only happened when I upgraded to Safari 13. Zoho Projects also has some bugs too that are at least can be worked around. Zoho response was to acknowledge my request and then close it!
No Sales Person Field in customer balances Report in Z books
Hi, It is an extra field that is being entered during creation of sales invoices. The customer balances report - if I can click on customise report to add a field (sales person field), there is no option for the same. If we need to extract this report to slice and dice Sales person wise for collection- that is also not being possible. We need this feature urgently. This is Turing out to be a problem too. Thanks
Flashing green thing
The green flashing "Add File from Workdrive" message is extremely annoying and distracting when I am trying to compose emails. It was OK while it was a new feature but now, after some weeks, it is just annoying. It is possible to turn it off? I much prefer to use a Web client but I am ready to go back to Thunderbird.
Unable to edit Creator form in CRM
Hello, I am having an issue that has just popped up. I go to Zoho CRM and click the tab for a client snapshot I created in Zoho Creator , I can see the snapshot but when I go to edit it I am met with an error message saying : “You''re required to share your location to continue. You have blocked your location from Zoho Creator. Please allow to continue. Learn more.” I am able to edit the snapshot in Creator no problem but now I cannot edit in Zoho CRM. What is going on here? Please advise. Thanks

Sending mail Blocked due to security reason: mail rated exceeding limits
As title says, I am blocked from sending any mail, either from web client or my IMAP client Thunderbird. Please let me know what needs to be done to make my account functional again. Problem retrieving related lists
Hi, I'm having issue retrieving related lists records when using a loop. As the first record doesn't have a value for the related list, the rest of the loop fails (No Content) and stop after this first record. Hi there, A couple of weeks ago, I noticed we lost rather considerable amount of my subscribers from a certain list of ours. I was a bit unsure what had happened at first, but it now appears that a large number hard bounced from a particular campaign or two. I looked into it and it was almost exclusively hotmail, outlook and other microsoft email products and listed as a permanent failure. Zoho CRM WebApp validates, yet uploading it returns internal server error
Hi, I'm trying to get a custom WebApp working in Zoho CRM. I downloaded the sample app off GitHub (which didn't work initially due to using self-closing script tags and the plugin-manifest being set to ZES instead of CATALYST ). Although, once fixed, the sample app still doesn't exactly do a lot, I tried uploading it to CRM. Once I get to the "Share to" step and click "Save" a popup appears stating "Internal Server Error". The app never shows up in CRM. I'm not provided with any information to debug

Outlook Plug-in search results not displaying
I've tried loggin out and back in, and ran windows and office updates. When I select "Search and Add Email" and enter valid content in the search bar, it's not displaying my results. It's just a blank box.
Convert Lead changes record owner
Hi, When I convert a lead into a Contact and a Deal using Zoho Flow, it changes the Record Owner. No matter who the Lead Owner was, it all gets assigned to ''Denis Robitaille''. In Zoho Flow, I see that the ''Convert Lead to Contact'' action does not have any options regarding record owner. (See Screenshot) I guess Zoho Flow automatically assigns a default record owner. Can't Access zoho mail after adding AWS DNS as CNAME
I configured zoho mail with smartlarn.com successfully. It was working well but after adding AWS DNS to my domain where I hosted my web app, Mail service is not working. So I tried to verify again for MX Records, SFP, DKIM but can't verify. Then I deleted my domain from Zoho and added again but Can't verify. Please suggest how to add my domain.
