Zoho MAIL NOT WORKING
If ZOHO MAIL is experiencing problems kindly post it somewhere. I am trying to run a business and these outages are not helping at all. I was able to get my mail earlier today and Now when I attempt to log in or send mail from Outlook I am getting Domain NOT found Error. Can' log into portal same message their too. I was having issues logging into my Zoho Invoice App this morning too for some time...seems like some buggy servers or are you doing maintenance and not reporting iot ?

PDF quality
I use Writer for a particular project in which I create booklets following export to PDF. I have had some issues with the quality -- particularly typographic quality – of the exported PDF from Writer. The letter spacing and font characteristics should match the original exactly. So, using 11pt Roboto font, I should see output indistinguishable from the original Writer doc. Recently I have seen poor letterspacing. I had to overcome this by exporting to Word, and creating the PDF from that.
demo creates quote
suddenly when we create a demo the stystem is creating a blank quote with thye customers name as the item. Pretty sure we did not instigate this. Any ideas checked all our workflows
Import contact with explicit consensus
Hi, I tried to import some contacts by enabling explicit consent. I have mapped the IP address and date columns and set the correct date format. The contact was correctly registered on 3 lists. When I send a campaign to the contact and the contact "unsubscribe from list 1" the system will unsubscribe it from all lists and set the consent to "reverted"

My email recruitment@assensio.ph is not receiving emails from a wordpress plugin i've setup. if you try and upload a pdf file, http://www.assensio.ph/join-us/ for file upload recruitment, it doesnt forward the email to recruitment@assensio.ph - however ive tired my other email ken@telmosolutions.com which is also using the zoho mail server can receive the email. I've also tried redirecting the submission to gmail and auto forwarding back, but the autoforwarding also doesnt receive through this
Push Notification Issues in iPhone 8 (Zoho CRM App)
Hello All, I am using an iPhone 8, software version 11.4.1, I have installed the application of Zoho CRM version 3.3.21, but the Push Notifications are not working, I don’t receive any display message when a task need attention (Call, etc). In the Configuration of the Zoho CRM App, in Privacy and Security the Notification Push have a message that say: “retry”. ZOHO ASSISTという日本ではあまり使われていないZOHOアプリを使っています 今まで日本語化されていない部分があって、お客様にはちょっと戸惑いがあって でもしようがないのかな？と我慢してきました しかし、本日家内の中国語で設定されたchromeでみると中国語（ただし簡体字）になっています 顧客に遠隔サポートにアクセスしてもらう埋め込み部分ですが 添付のように日本語のchromeでは英語のままです 台湾にいて、たしかに日本市場はすでに衰退しているのは十分承知していますが 実際に中国語対応よりあとにされているのか、、、と思うと悔しいですね ぜひ日本語化をお願いしたい。 人的ゆとりがないなら協力したいくらいです 言語設定が中国語のchromeでは中国語化されている 日本語のchromeでは英語のままです
IE11の場合にSalesIQのチャットで日本語が入力できない
IE11を利用しているユーザーでSalesIQのチャット画面（ディフォルト）で、名前やメールの入力エリアは、日本語入力可能ですが、テキストエリアは、日本語が入力できないです。 IE11以外のブラウザーでは問題なく入力できます。 同じ画面でオフラインの時は、IE11でもいけるので、オンライン時のIE11のテキスト入力エリアだけの問題なので、システムバグ的な話だと思います。 IE11自体は、まだ13%も利用率があるため切り捨てるのは、難しいため対応をお願い したいです。

Reminder date and time format

How to generate oauth access token in one step - bash script
I need to embed zoho tickets in some bash script using tickets api but the main problem is token generation. Zendesk provide one token which we can use it everytime when we make request but here in zoho we have to go through two step gui process to generate auth token which is not feasible if i have to show tickets in my admin panel because oauth token have expiry time and refresh token can only be used 10 times, I guess ? I would like to generate a report in which the information appears for the following situation. When generating a task for a business, I want to create a report that pops up the task, business, and account data fields. No Spam
I am not getting any SPAM email at all. This is causing an issue for me as sometimes, I get legitimate emails going to SPAM. But since I am not getting any SPAM emails, I never receive those emails and have no way of knowing. Can anyone assist on how to get SPAM email to show up. Thanks in advance.
HTTPS certificate not valid on knowledge base portal
Hi We requested 2 times already for our domain: https://kb.arinto.be/portal/home to be put on a proper working certificate. At this current moment it's still invalid and not secure. Some of the support guys said this would happen in a few business days.... Our customers need urgent access to this portal and some of our clients dont want to access it without a proper cert! Locked out of admin account after removing Google email
Hi, I emailed support@zohomail.com over a week ago and got no response. I created a Zoho account with my Google account. Then I removed the Gmail account from the admin account. But now I'm not able to sign in to the admin account at all. The admin account is info@unboundmedia.ie The password isn't the same as my Google account for some reason, even though I logged in through my Google account. Cliq has "Mute" turned on after the windows app is restarted when it was NOT muted before
Please fix this by NOT turning MUTE ON by default so notifications are not missed. Muting seems to also disable showing @ mentions. I tested this with someone sitting next to me in DMs. I would not expect muting to prevent seeing the @ indicator for a new mention while I am using the cliq client. Please let me know if you'd like a more thorough explanation.
Scheduling a Function
Hi folks, I am building an app that tracks maintenance and training records as well as tasks assigned to staff. Maintenance and Training records have their own reports as does the Tasks form. I want both the Training and Maintenance records to create a task 12 weeks before their expiry date. I have created a Function that works as a Custom Action in the Maintenance and Training records reports. It takes the pertinent data from the record and populates the Task form. CRM Search is Broken
Hello, since yesturday, we have the Problem, that our CRM search is Broken. If we are searching in CRM for a customer with the Firma Number, we are looking for no result (Shot 1). But if we search by name, the Firma Number is also in the result (Shot 2). Invalid oauth scope error when trying to read campaigns
Hi there, We are using v2 of the Zoho CRM API, and requesting the scope ZohoCRM.modules.campaigns.ALL during the authorization. However when we try to read the campaigns in the account (using the URL https://www.zohoapis.com/crm/v2/campaigns) we get the following error message: {"code":"OAUTH_SCOPE_MISMATCH","details":{},"message":"invalid oauth scope to access this URL","status":"error"} Is there anything we are missing?
