Ask Receipt on Mail App
My mobile app (ZOHO mail) started to send out mail receipt requests with every mail i send, and I cant change the default setting to "do not ask for receipt' . I can change it per mail, but it stays default 'on' pls help!
Invalid oauth scope error when trying to read campaigns
Hi there, We are using v2 of the Zoho CRM API, and requesting the scope ZohoCRM.modules.campaigns.ALL during the authorization. However when we try to read the campaigns in the account (using the URL https://www.zohoapis.com/crm/v2/campaigns) we get the following error message: {"code":"OAUTH_SCOPE_MISMATCH","details":{},"message":"invalid oauth scope to access this URL","status":"error"} Is there anything we are missing? Cannot send email
When I try to send an email not from my default mail account, I get following error message: javax.mail.MessagingException: sorry, that domain isn't allowed to be relayed thru this MTA (#5.7.1). Sendig email from default mail account is working fine. Any help would be appreceated, thank you. Attila

Dual Delivery issue
Hello, I am using an VPS on which i have the old email server for my site. I have configured the MX records to point to zoho servers. Everything goes fine, I am able to receive/sent email to/from zoho. However, when I want to configure Dual Delivery by routing the emails to old mail server I received the following error "The destination you provided points to ZOHO MX, please change the destination to route emails." Please let me know how could I solve this issue. Thank you.

Hi there - Whenever I post a tweet with a link in it, the Twitter card does not show up unless you click on the tweet. I've been having to manually submit tweets in order for it to work properly. Can you help me with this issue please? I have attached pictures of the issue. Thank you!
My account has been blocked
I noticed my Zoho account eclipsemail@zoho.com was blocked due to suspicious activity. I never did anything suspicious with the email. I'm assuming it was either a glitch or someone hacked my account. I have paid subscriptions I can't cancel without the email. Is there any way I can get my account back? ReplyForward
SORTING OPTIONS
I work for an accounting firm and we receive a massive amount of invoices from clients. Being able to sort them effectively saves a lot of time and I see no good way to sort them. the best I can do is by time but as this does not separate them in an effective manner for us. Are you still working on adding different sorting options to your platform? Like sorting by subject.
CRM is not saving any changes
I have made changes to my leads and refreshed the page to no avail. The changes are not reflected. Is anyone else experiencing this?
Join Tables in Live Connection
So my understanding is that it's not possible to join tables (or create lookup columns) for Live Connections with cloud databases (like Amazon Redshift). I know I can set up Data Import instead, but that's not ideal because I would quickly run into trouble with reaching the row count quota. This is the one and only reason why I can't completely replace Tableau with Zoho Analytics and it's very unfortunate. Is it possible that I'm missing something? Or if not, is this something that may be developed
note card opening problem on mac book
Hi ı am using notebook for a while on my macbook pro and iPhone. i have a card note which mostly i am using, i have a problem with it now. when i open the card note on mac book pro, it is empty , but I am able to open and edit same note from iphone.
Missing support for "Alias" in macOS
Dear Zoho, currently, we've discovered that Zoho Workdrive doesn't support macOS aliases. If a user creates in the macOS Finder an alias in a folder with a reference file in Workdrive or outside it, the alias file will be synced and appear unreadable to the others. No Option to Create Custom Views
We trying to create a custom view in the Customers area, per this KB - https://help.zoho.com/portal/kb/articles/predefined-and-custom-contact-views. We do not have the + option in any of the Custom View areas.
Zoho Desk creates duplicate tickets occasionally.
When users email our support email address, Zoho Desk sometimes creates a duplicate ticket for the email. For instance, this morning we had 12 tickets opened and 5 were duplicates. This doesn't happen for all users and seems completely random. We run a very busy IT help desk. In the 8 days that we have been running Zoho Desk, we have accumulated over 300 tickets. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Deluge Adding User to profile via secondary email created duplicate account. Soft reset permissions on all apps.

Links not opening in a new page
I am not sure if this an isolated issue but I am enabling all the 'target' settings but my links won't open in a new page. Not sure if it only LETS the person choose to open with a right click rather than forcing new tab. Is there there a way to code this? It should be noted that I'm also linking to PDF files uploaded into the members portal, don't know if that would impact the open in new tab feature.
Forum topics all show "4 replies" in the summary list, regardless of the actual number
As shown in the attached screenshots, every forum topic in the list is showing as having "4 replies", regardless of whether it actually has 1 reply, 2 replies or any other number as shown when opening the topic. I've only just noticed this problem, and clearing my browser cache or using a different browser doesn't fix it, so I think it might be a glitch at Zoho's end. Saving to pdf.
Having recently Installed 'Notebook' on my , 'kindle Fire '. I find I am unable to save to pdf, everything seem's o-k until i click on 'save to pdf'. I just get the 'Failed to save to pdf' error. Any help apreciatted...Vic-J. .
Cannot creat folders
Does anybody have the same issue? I´m not able to create a subfolder under "Sent". Inbox and my other subfolders I created under "Inbox" are prefilled in the popup menu, but when I write "Sent", it is not possible to save, so I cannot create a folder. Any help, please.. Thank you. Attila

I have a business zoho, by mistake, send emails to delete and empty the deleted folder, you can recover them.
Zoho Writer frequently quits on opening
Zoho Writer is becoming a worthy alternative to Word, Google Docs and Apple Pages, offering particularly good collabortation, navigation within a document and a well-designed, clear interface. However, my experience is that Writer 1.6 has some stability issues. I frequently experience quits on opening a document. It appears more stable when actually writing. I have never experienced any data loss. But the 'quits' are annoying! Something to work on.

Zoho Desk Knowledge Base scrolling issue
When browsing around a Zoho Desk knowledge base from the public portal, when you click on a category the page stays scrolled to wherever it last was. This is confusing and not user friendly because if you're clicking a category that's low on the page, the content loads at the top (out of sight) and the user sees nothing. Hi, I'm very new to and need help with calculations from 2 forms that is looked up from main form. 3 forms - Bookings, Price Retail, Price Supplier. LOCKED OUT OF EMAIL

Autopopulate the date from a main form onto a subform
My application has a main form and a subform. Main form = deployments Subform = incidents - incidents responded to during each deployment. I have successfully linked the relationship of the two using the main form's ID. Here is my issue, if my user wants to go to the incident form to update something, he/she has no way to determine which incidents go with which deployment day (unless he/she knows the ID number, they will not). So I would like to have the date autopopulated from the deployments
Spreadsheet export cells format seems to have changed.
When I need to import new records in Creator, but I don't want to import duplicate. I export the list from Creator and then compare with my new list using the conditional formatting for duplicates. Since a couple of days, even if there is duplicates, Excel doesn't recognized them anymore. It seems like the format of the cell is different then it used to be, creating this problem.

Serious bug with bounces
Hi MH gurus, I just discovered a serious bug with regards to how bounces are handled in MH - at least with 'reminder' actions. When a bounce is detected on a lead in a journey, the journey continues to email to that bounced address, which results in yet more bounced. For example, I have a journey with opening email (let's called it Email1) that sends out an email to 300 people and gets 13 hard bounces. The journey then has a 'reminder' action which is activated for people do not open the message
