Trying to setup email activity based autoresponder.
Hello, I was trying to setup a campaign and associate a autoresponder for opened,unopened and clicks we get on the campaign. Now further i want to setup one more autoresponder as to send followup for opened emails which we get on initial autoresponder. Now when i was trying to setup the second autoresponder i was unable to associate it with first as it is throwing error as 'no autoresponder message found' however i completed the activtion process for the first autoresponder and email campaign. Please

Hello, You guys do not provide IMAP option. You guys don't export in PST or OLM which is supported by Outlook. You have serious issues, for people who want to move away from Zoho Mail. I would not recommend you guys for such childish policies.

Is there any limit to the size of a rich text field in a Zoho creator form? We have an application with one report having around 7,000 records, including three rich text fields. Two of these have 500+ records exceeding 32K in size, with a few dozen being 60K or greater. Probably 80%+ of the database is taken up with this data. Trying to merge Creator form, but Report not showing
When I go into Merge with Zoho Creator, then choose my application, it says 'no reports available'. The report was showing last Thursday, before I updated the application, but it's gone now. Any ideas?

Unable To Sign In To MS Word
Hi, I have been experiencing problems with signing in to MS Word. I enter my email address and password, it takes a few seconds and then nothing happens apart from a new Active Authtokens starts up. Normally I would have the ability to select a template and then contact on the left. Tried this on a second computer with the same result. Does workplace have the ability to edit and sign PDF forms? I am a current docs user, but for some reason I cannot edit or sign any prf forums while in docs. I am trying to join tables to create a report combining them, but any documentation explaining it or instructional videos are showing "Edit Design" button which needs to be clicked in order to create lookup columns. However, I simply don't have that button on any of my tables. What am I missing?

Not able to create sub-domains
I purchase jobtrackable.com from Zoho and I have been trying to create a sub domain app.jobtrackable.com but it is showing an error. I only want to create a sub domain and don't require any email associated with that sub domain. I am on the free plan but I fail to see why I am not allowed to create a sub domain. All domain providers have this feature but only Zoho seems to lack.
Bug: Export as PDF creates secure PDF

Outlook Plugin Issue
My client has installed the Outlook Plugin Version 2010, 2013 & 2016 32-bit with their Z-CRM Plus. A couple of users are complaining that their Outlook is displaying a spinning wheel in the right side (Zoho integration), then eventually freezing their Outlook all together. Is anyone else experiencing this? If so, how did you resolve the issue? I might also want to add that their Windows and Office are hosted. Thanks in advance for any feedback.
