Our Company logo creeps in apart from our email signature in the emails following the reply mails that we receive
Dear Concerned, It has been noted from time to time that, our Company name along with it's logo appears from nowhere under the email signature in each email thread once we receive a reply from our Customers. It's true that when we created our email signature initially, we included it along with it by reducing its size. But since this problem arrived, we deleted all previous signatures and created a new one. Even so, the same logo of our company gets included somehow under the new email signature

Hi, hope someone can help. I am just getting started with the CRM API. I have managed to get the tokens set up for Oauth and this seems to be working fine. However whenever I try and get some information back from the API I get the error : {"The remote name could not be resolved: 'workspace-zoho.csez.zohocorpin.com'"} In my app.config file (Vb.Net) I have the iamUrl set as https://accounts.zoho.com/ and the apiBaseURL set tohttps://www.zohoapis.com/ so not sure where this is coming from? Cannot proceed to create new free plan
I've tried to create a new free plan (up to 5 users 5gb and whatnot), but when I click on the "proceed" button, it isnt taking any action. It wouldn't bother me so much in internal tools like CRM or Desk, but in chat it has a big impact on readability and trust - for the user it looks like some hacky stuff is going on. The contact card owner is being displayed as another user
Some of our contact cards which were created by a user who did quit his job are still being displayed as being owned by him even when we edit these cards and change the owner manually. When we enter the editing screen then we see that the owner is an active agent but the deactivated agent is still being displayed on the contact card itself.

CALENDAR TEMPLATES 5 AND 7 NOT SHOWING CURRENT DAY EVENTS
I'm using the calendar embedded on a website using an iframe. I just noticed that templates 5 and 7 are no longer displaying the current day's events. This has happened in the past and you have been able to fix it. Hi guys, when trying to add a task to hide subform buttons such as "Add entry" and "Delete entry" it only works if action has no condition. If I add any condition it won't just work. Also this happens when disabling buttons in the base form. Some buttons are not being disabled on condition.

New UI Layout Issue: Popup screen for mandatory fields & overlapping error messages
There's a small css issue with the popups that occur when fields are set to mandatory in a layout rule. Scenario: User sets a field to X which triggers a layout rule that sets a field to mandatory. This causes a popup screen to prompt the user to enter details (which is great). 1. The user can't see the full tooltips within a field 2. If user clicks save without entering info the error messages overlap with the fields. See screenshot attached. (I'm on safari 12.0.2, Mojave 10.14.2)

Bad Update to the CRM Interface - Text field now much too small
Today an update to the CRM interface was released, and it's made it much harder to use. We use the text field widget to enter notes about the account. Previously the field took approx 3/4 of the page so you could easily enter and read your notes. Today the width of that box is MUCH smaller, making it very hard to enter or read your notes. Create 1:N application from import
I am trying very basic 1:N (Member:Transactions) Import. Primary Key is Member ID. XLS spreadsheet has a Members sheet and a Transactions sheet. I created the relationship during the "Create Application with import" wizard. But no relationship gets created. All data got imported, but no relationship between the two. Tickets which are being carbon copied (cc) between departments are being created twice on the receiving department
This problem has started to occur recently (this week) and we have only seen it on 2 occasions. When we reply to our customers we do sometimes keep our after sales department in cc to inform them of part shipments. 2 of these cc'ed tickets have been created twice on their list. We did delete both of the copies but I guess that I can take them back from the trash for you to investigate this issue.
Zoho not scanning attachment for virus of out going email
