How to share autoresponders on social media
I've set up holiday greetings for 5 holidays, 4 years of hoiday for each. I also want to be able to post these greetings on my social media automatically as they get sent out. I researched if it's possible to share email campaigns on social media and it seems to be possible, with the only explanation as simply connect your social media accounts, as though that explains how you'll get the actual campaigns to the social medias. I also tried using the page campaign. That seems to work except for two
Can't login to Zoho Mail
Hello, Since Friday I am not able to access the Zoho Mail from the Web client. While I am accessing the https://mail.zoho.com/zm/ I see the "Loading... myemail@company.com" message and a "progress-bar" like widget from the Zoho icons rotates forever. Tried on different browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome) from different OSes without success. Mobile app works OK with the same credentials. Journey from Syn'ed source not sending emails
Hi. Hi have a HM list that is synced from ZohoCRM based on a CRM view. The sync works perfectly. When the first batch of 50 people were sync'ed to the list, MH dutifully emailed them the first email in the sequence. However, when an addition 200 people were sych'ed to the list the next day, these folks did NOT get the first email in the journey. I have investigate and looked at the reporting from several angles, and it seems that anyone sych'ed to the list is not starting the journey... or something

Zoho Mail folder syncing issues
Hi, one of my users is getting hanging when using Outlook 365 (2016). They are using EAS to connect. Is this supported? Also, it appears that when using this on multiple devices, not all folders are syncing correctly, including missing folders (not showing on certain devices) and unread mail counts also not syncing. Please advise ASAP.
Clean Mailchimp Integration overwrote DATA !! Deleted First Name, Replaced Last Name and Source
I am about to cry!!! We just installed the OFFICIAL Zoho Mailchimp Integration, We even used a NEW Mailchimp Account as to avoid conflicts with our current Mailchimp Database, and started from a blank slate. We ran a MailChimp Sync from within Zoho CRM, notice that the ONLY mapped fields available are Email and First Name, so, you can´t even select any other fields...but it decided by itself to UPDATE the Lead Source Field of all those Leads into the text "Mailchimp" as the Source !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Multiple stock locations in CRM
We manage our inventory using the crm. the problem we have is that we have 2 warehouses and move stock between them so we are able to have a stock location field on the product record so we can find the stock but the problem arises when we have the same product in two different locations ie some in warehouse 1 location A1 and some in warehouse 2 location b2 etc. Can anyone suggest a solution or a work around.

Recurring events showing as expired
Hi, when someone sends me a callendar invite from Outlook to a recurring event (e.g. weekly calls) that started in the past, but still has occurencies in the future (e.g calls started on Jan 02 and last until Dec 20 2019), Zoho nevertheless shows te invite as expired and I cannot put it in my calendar. Hi I'm trying to add another immediate sync to my list. I get an error saying you can't have more than 5 immediate syncs. I've deleted a number of them so I just have 2 currently, but I still get this error. Any ideas? Michelle

iframe adding blank lines to bottom

Cannot access stock on an item that was converted to Batch tracking after initial stock was added
We are currently testing Inventory and I stumbled upon something "weird". A created an item and put some stock (100 pcs) on it. After that, I enabled batch tracking on this item. Again, I added stock, creating a batch (500 pcs) in the process. Now for the interesting part: when I sell the item, the item shows a stock of 600 (correct), but when I enter a sales amount, I can only select stock from the batch (500). The initial stock amount, before setting the item to batch, is not accessible anymore

I had the following very simple formula in a formula field: 12 / input.Interval_months (where input.Interval_months is a decimal) This works absolutely fine. Sending a new e-mail clears the inbox
Every time I send a new e-mail via outlook 2013 it clears completely the inbox in the outlook and webmail. It only happens when I write a new e-mail. No problem on answering a received e-mail. All the e-mails are in the ehxibition folder and I have to move them back to the inbox. How do i solve it?
Zoho Books & Zoho CRM integration - Barely useful?
we are looking to switch to zoho crm & zoho books but the integration seems really awkward and barely useful. I can only sync Contacts OR Accounts OR Accounts and their contacts? I have some contacts without an account and some that need to be associated with an account and I'm not sure why we can't have both sync? Also I think we should be able to sync other modules - at least the deals if nothing else. I should be able to associate expenses and invoices with a specific deal. (EDIT TO ADD: Ok

I downloaded the Mac version of SalesIQ, to try it as I'm not a permanent agent, just replacing a colleague. However, I don't use it as my main tools, I reduce the window to a minimum size, as shown on the screenshot. You then see some problem of the interface not playing nice with responsive. UI should be updated, I guess.
