Extension to log in using the european centre
Hi, Following my previous post, from the website I'm reminded I can (should?) log to the european centre (think GDPR), which is good. However.... The browser extension doesn't allow this... It should. I still need to double login : once on the .eu site for the websites... once on the .com account for the extension! On a Data Protection side, if my login for the extension is located in .com (USA), and my vault is in Europe, how does this all work? Thanks

Looking at the screenshot, I'm reminded I can change from the .eu to to the european centre even when I'm already there... What is the purpose of this message for european customer accessing the european server ? Am I missing something ? Regards

Hello, So, my other e-mail for czdt.me domain has a two-verification security measure active, and when I try to get my verification code, it says that my phone number is invalid. When I counted the symbols prior to the showed number, I counted only 5, but it should've been at least 6 (depending on international dial county code, is it involved or not) Please help me get access to my account, what are the steps I can do right now? Error while reading configuration.properties file
I am using the zohocrm php-sdk v2Everything works fine locally but when I moved my code to our staging server I started getting errors. The error it is throwing is failed to open stream on the ZCRMClientLibrary.log file. (It is looking for it in my php include_path.) This isn't the root error though. My error is actually during my \ZCRMRestClient::initialize(); call. This calls CommonUtil.php to getFileContentAsMap from configuration.properties file. I have it echo out all the lines from that file
Safari issues - embedded form won't load
Hi there I have forms embedded within iFrames. When we have users updating forms within these iFrames, they can successfully load the form while using Chrome, but not while using Safari. It won't load and just spins and spins. The form won't load. Searching the forums, it seems this has been issue from time to time in the past. Thanks Aaron

Cannot use scrollbar in dictionary language selection menu
Hi, so for example, when composing a new mail and trying to change the dictionary language, scrolling with the mouse/touchpad works fine. But as soon as you try to scroll "manually" by clicking on the scrollbar in the language popup, the popup just closes again. Nothing usage-breaking, should still be fixed though! I can create this Bug if i reload the Page in several Broswers on the Activities Tab. i temporarly can fix this, if i searching the ticket number an klick on the Ticket and Activities again, then the Aktivities are shown, but a reload on this replies the Problem. Why can't an invoice have a negative red balance? It is easier to see customers with a refund on an invoice by selecting a category that has a credit due back... I have many customers who do not process their credit/negative balance until months later.

Invoice Date
I have many invoices that a customer will put a deposit prior to an actual invoice date. When a client initiates the order, it is sometime later from the deposit date but work commences afterwards... Deposit is noted on date but an invoice should be re-dated to a later date while noting an earlier deposited date.

I recently set up domain emails using Zoho in Godaddy DNS and the emails are working fine from one email account to another. I am able to communicate between gmail account and zoho domain email account without any issue. Error 553 (Relaying disallowed)
I have been sending emails and getting replies to my email address. However, none of the replies can be seen in my inbox. Upon learning the reason for this I tried making an mx record entry on my domain host. Once I did that, when I sent email to my email address on zoho account from my gmail account, I got Error 553 Relaying disallowed. Need to resolve this urgently. Please help.

Zoho Document Formatting
A couple days ago we noticed that all of our documents have lost their formatting. Margins no longer align, graphics are in the wrong places, etc. This problem affects all versions of the document. Multiple Users - Messages being marked as Unread after being read
Windows 10 Outlook 2016 We have multiple users that have this problem. Users will read email, it will be marked read in Outlook, these are messages in the Inbox, or in other folders, sorted manually or with rules. After a seemingly random amount of time the messages will be remarked as unread. All users are using IMAP connection.
Exchange support for Outlook seems necessary
I have set up my Zoho account on my iPhone with Exchange ActiveSync. It works very well. I create or delete an event and my Zoho account reflects this seamlessly. However, the plug-in for Outlook is clunky and I have found the synchronization to be hit and miss. Wouldn't it be better simply to support Exchange on the desktop Outlook? What reason is there not to support it?
Basecamp Data Import Failure
I've tried to import our Basecamp 3 data into Projects but have received the following email. I have even tried to do it one more time and the result was the same. Could you please check our logs to find out the reason behind this issue? I've checked our Basecamp plan and there wasn't any statement about 3. party connection or data migration limitations. Notebook, heavy memory usage on sync
I just installed notebook on my older Macbook Air and when it started syncing, it also started burning through memory. More memory than my computer even has. My computer only has 4gb of memory. This number kept rising, so I had to force quit before my computer became unresponsive. See image below.
