Text strings in replies get separated
We had this problem since a long time but we couldn't exactly find out that it was caused by the system instead we thought that it was caused by the oversight of our agents. We started to suspect about it being caused by the system recently. Please inspect the attached images. The string "entire" in the text seems to be normal when editing it but when the agent saves it as a draft it becomes separated as "entir e". This problem doesn't happen all the time and when it happens it does surface only
Some pages are showing up as 404s on the live site?
As the title says, my company’s site (biz2bizlinks.com) suddenly has multiple 404 errors on pages that exist and worked fine recently. As far as I know, they do not break any of the terms of use. The pages in question are: /resources /events /biz-gigz /our-team And maybe more that I haven’t noticed yet. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

smtp timeout when sending big files
hello, i am using zoho mail from outlook and when i send an e-mail with a big attachment (more than 5MB) I receive an error regarding smtp timeout. I can send the same file from webmail without problem. Also I can send smaller attachments from outlook without problems. My upload speed is a bit slow (about 700kbps) but should work

Need more broken bank feed info
Zoho says my bank feed is broken. However, I can't get much more information about what's wrong. Should I call my bank? Should I call Zoho? Should I just wait? "Just wait" is the advice I get when I dig deeper: But the feed hasn't worked in four days, so I'm not sure this is "temporary". Hi, I received an email said that my zoho email account and personal OS device has been hacked. The strangest thing is this email that I received was from my zoho email account. This is odd! REPORT result does not match the live/actual data
Hi, I have a simple CHART report that show the breakdown of data based on a status column (drop down list) but somehow it does not pick up all data. For example in total we have 78 entries but the report only shows 75 entries. Also when we change the status of the entry and run the report, the status change is not reflected in the report (I have confirmed this by checking the underlying data) Shouldn't REPORT looking at live/actual data? Dear, is there any option to plan the bug? At the moment I can only see the expiration date in the calendar. but in a bug I have 2 important milestones:
1.- Development

I demand delivery date for each of these milestones, in order to deliver a date to my client.

Why isn't it an option to export leads, contacts etc. into excel documents as opposed to 'Zoho Sheet View' which is no use to anyone, especially with documents that contain more than 100 contacts which is pretty much most documents.
