Email notifications keep being send (all options off)
Hi there, I would like to know why i still get updates when ive unchecked all options under the Notifications section in a project. Ive attached a screengrab of all options off. Yet is still receive all kinds of updates when i close, move or change anything. PS why is the reporting about bugs so different here than in other Zoho apps? As of today 2 separate apps showed the message "Invalid or null criteria specified" when submitting and entry using the mobile app. The two apps had been working properly and no changes have been made. Can't get code pasted from zoho doc to work for creating a search page - improper statement
I paste in the code under "Create HTML page with Search parameter" from this page https://www.zoho.com/creator/help/tutorials/advanced-app-building.html#create-app-using-subforms into my editor and I get "Error at line 5: improper statement" error. I followed this whole page 'tutorial' and this was the only thing I couldn't get working (I'm in creator 5). I found a typo in other code earlier in the page to solve one set of code that wasn't working, so hopefully someone else can help resolve why

"multi select lookup" is not selectable using sheet2app.zoho.com excel import
I am testing out the new (for me at least) sheet2app.zoho.com excel import which looks quite nice. I have some demo data and can set a lookup relationship between my sheets of data in excel, but "multi select lookup" isn't an option for the relationship. I'm not sure I have my data structured correctly for what the import is expecting, but if anyone can layout what the generic format is that import tool needs for one to many relationships (and/or confirm that the multi select lookup should be usable

My email account has been blocked since Thursday 29 Nov, and I'm having trouble getting a response from Zoho support. They initially sent me some instructions to run a malware scan (which came up with nothing), change my password (which I had done recently anyway, but did again), terminate active sessions, and enable 2FA (which I had done since Zoho implemented it). I use the account for personal email only and have never spammed anyone. My activity history shows nothing even vaguely out of the ordrinary,

I have an issue with sorting subscribers based on their score in Campaigns. (See images attached for precisions) To explain, i have a list of 10k+ Subs. I want to classify them with a score based on the scoring capabilities of the software. So i established a scoring and i want to classify my subs this way : Most engaged ones : Score >= 50 pts Occasional readers : 50 > Score >= 30 pts Rare readers : 30 > Score >= 10 pts No reading : Score < 10 pts My subs are obviously scored when they open a mail

Hi, i have followed all the steps to add an MX record into my named server. and i tried using mxtoolbox.com to check if the value returned by the toolbox is mx.zoho.com. mx2.zoho.com. and mx3.zoho.com. and it is.. however, my MX record in my admin panel is still showing incorrect mx record and i am unable to send any email to my email address. "Previous" and "Next" Buttons
I have a series of pages on my website with "previous" and "next" buttons at the bottom of the page. When I preview the site in "desktop mode" I get the look I want. The previous button is to the left and the next button is to the right. However, when I preview the site in tablet or smartphone mode the layout changes and the previous button is on top of the next button. More than half of my Addresses are not found when I'm adding customers and the ones that are found, there is too much info. I only need street address, city state, zip code, but it is pulling in too much additional info. Is there a way to integrate another map provider such as Google Maps?

Hello, I have had a few separate occasions in the last few days where a client or otherwise is trying to reach me and stated they sent me an email (or several). When I go into my inbox, I do not see any of their emails, even in the Spam folder. Some of these emails are very important and I need the contents within them. Where are they going?
