Emails sent by SalesInbox fail DKIM check because of line length
RFC2822 (https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2822#section-2.1.1) states that emails have a maximum line length of 998 characters. However, SalesInbox does not adhere to this standard and sends email with line length exceeding 998 characters. Mail Transfer Agents such as Postfix enforce the maximum line length (http://www.postfix.org/postconf.5.html#smtp_line_length_limit) by breaking lines that exceed the limit. A mail account on Zoho has been compromised and used to send an attachment containing malware. The zoho login and session logs on the compromised accounts show no details. Can you see how the account has been compromised and if the spammer still has access via another route?

Hi, I have a Zoho email account and I can't seem to use it on my new Ipad. It works on my computer but not on the Ipad even after I followed instruction of imap config. details. I get the following error message: mail/contact/calnedar/docs services are not enabled for your account. Please contact your admin to enable these services through the control panel. Hi, I was using the zoho docs tool. And whilst I was doing my work it asked me to log in. I didn’t have an account so I signed up and after the signing up process it asked me to confirm my email which i did. When I did it then took me to a screen saying you need permission to access this doc and stayed there. Any solutions?? I really need the doc as it for an important work that is due on the 13th.

spam messages from my own mail adress to me
In the past (2) monts I got many spam letters (like "Your password is XXXXXXXXX and your account hacked, you must pay XXXX to me)... the common is that every mail sent from my own mail adress to me. CRM Contacts and Zoho Creator
I would like to link one of my forms with a contact in CRM. I've made an Integration field but it let me show only one field, so I've choose Last Name. Unfortunatelly it's not enough to identify a contact. I also tried to make a custom field in CRM with a formula containing both First and Last Name, but it seems Zoho Creator doesn't let me to use custom fields on Integration fields. Any other idea will be welcome, thanks in advance!

Emailed calendar invitations go the wrong calendar (Zoho vs Google)
My primary calendar is a Google calendar. Events that I have been invited to via email automatically get added to my Zoho calendar, but I want them to go on my Google calendar (both calendars use the same Zoho-based email address). Is there a way to move those events to my Google calendar so that all of my events are on the same calendar? Can I disable the Zoho calendar in some way? I never wanted that app in the first place...

Multiple errors when attempting to submit forms.
I've attached some screenshots to show a few of the different errors that my employees are receiving on a daily basis when attempting to submit their forms. Problem with my business email account
Hello, Today I've try to register my domain at zoho as business mail account. I have already send verification code, and I can login in to my email account at zoho. After logout, everything gonna wrong. I can't login. I can acces my email. And many more. So I close my account. And I try to register again, but it's not working. long number show as 2.98342E+18 on exports!

Delete My Account...Took Too Long
It's been a little over 30 days and my Evernote notes have never migrated here. I have deleted what few Zoho notes I created. I just checked my Evernote account and I guess the access permission has already expired anyway. If Notebook cannot migrate from Evernote, then it is not ready for release. BUG - Task List selection of a Task
Steps to reproduce: 1. Go to Classic View. 2. Click on a Task List. 3. Now click on the first Task in the Task List. You will jump to a screen with that task, but the other tasks that should also show up on the left disappear (this is the bug). 4. Now select a different Task List from the dropdown selector on the upper left. Once you select a different task list you'll see all the tasks as you should have on step 3. Thanks
