Trying to recover deleted emails
Hello, I accidentaly deleted a Folder in the email account carlos@casajulio.com.br It is a Folder called "Itens Lidos 2017" and was deleted from the Trash accidentaly. It's possible to recover it? Thanks
Unable to send email
I'm unable to send email from Zoho CRM: - We have Google Apps, and they're tied together such that I have single sign-on, the zoho link from within google, etc. - When I click "send email" from within a contact, opportunity, etc, nothing happens I'm using Google Chrome. Any ideas? Thanks, Mike

MS Word Templates Getting Changed During Merging
Hi All, I have been experiencing a serious problem with my MS Word Templates. All my logos disappear, fonts change and some data completely changes. I have recreated various templates saved them as .doc's and .docx's but they still mess up. Started 12th December 2017. Anyone else having these problems? Regards Chris

cannot add .info domain
i cannot add a .info domain to my owned list it gives me this message "This Operation has been restricted." it doesn't happen if the domain is not .info what can i do to fix this? Thanks

Outgoing mail blocked
I received a notice saying: The email forwarding configured in the Zoho Mail account michael@804michael.com to the email address 804michael@gmail.com, Michael.Hottman@gmail.com has been disabled due to repeated failures. You may check with the destination email provider for bounce failures. But I did not receive any forwarding failures. Now my outgoing mail is blocked and I cannot reenable it. I have sent messages to support with no response yet so I figured I'd try here.

When I tried to verify my own domain " strc.kr ", the following message came up and domain verification procedure not finished.... "This Operation has been restricted. Please contact support-as@zohocorp.com for further details" . I register the right DNS setting as the direction depicted in Zoho site and the domain name is brand-new one..... What's the problem?
Old ... (OLD!!!) deleted messages reappearing in Inbox
Hi, I recently had to re-enable auto-fetch on two of my (3) email accounts ... I worked that out ok, I think. Since that time, in one of the accounts, I have had _several_ _thousand_ _deleted_ emails (from 2014/2015/etc) turn up in that account's inbox - several times - which is to say that I deleted those messages (again and again!) only to have them reappear when next I access that inbox. The 3 accounts I have configured are: chris@chriskelly.com.au --- no problem here subs@chriskelly.com.au

Hi, I tried to setup my email with zoho, but something went wrong when I did it and now I can't access to my email account and also I can't create a new account with my domain. I need to delete the organization www.laboratorioamori.com.ar in order to create a new account with this one. When I use the sorted list, I start at 1, then I create a sublist using an unordered list, then the program does not continue with the next number. I select the numbering again, but the program does not place the next next number, which would be 2. Example: A thing 1/2 thing 1/4 thing 1/6 thing
Photos not loading [resolved]
Ever since I had to switch over to not having an SSL certificate yesterday, a lot of photos on my website won't load. Most of them have that little icon in the corner meaning they didn't load. Can you tell me why it would be connected to the fact that I don't have an SSL certificate anymore? Or is it just a coincidence that my page is running slower and a lot of photos aren't loading? Hello, I have been trying to find a solution for this problem for a while now. 3 of our accounts receiving email from phobs.net domain. One of them still receives them but other two stopped getting these emails. What could be the problem? I had checked spam folder, blacklist IP (and added IP to the whitelist) , asked helpdesk for the problem and no solution. Any other ideas or opinions about this?
Can't send email to Google addresses
I can receive email from Gmail or Google Apps email addresses, but whenever I try to respond or send new emails to them, I get this error: "INVALID_ADDRESS, ERROR_CODE :550, ERROR_CODE :Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable " They are valid addresses, as I use them, and am even trying to respond to emails that were received from valid Gmail accounts.
Can´t see discussions on Colaborate
Hello, My page is using zoho social and i am a Brand Admin on it. However, everytime I post something on the Collaborate section or comment to drafts, I can´t see them after they get published, however, the Portal admin can, and I can see them through the notifications area. What´s the problem?. I dont see anything related to it on settings

I can receive most E-mails for my main domain @b-hearet.net with the exception of messages from @carbon108.com According to my settings incoming messages for @b-hearet.net should be kept on Zoho web-mail AND forwarded to another address for archiving purposes. The problem is that incoming messages FROM @carbon108.com TO @b-heart.net seem to be ignored by Zoho web-mail. Forwarding all mail woks fine. Used Storage Greater than Sum of All Mail Folders
Hello, I have noticed an issue where my Zoho Mailbox is showing my Used Storage as much greater that the Sum of my individual Mail Folders (i.e. Inbox, Sent Items, etc.) For example, currently when I go to Control Panel -> Mail Storage -> Used Storage shows 4.08 GB Used of 5.0 GB But when I go to Control Panel -> Settings -> Folders, the sum of all folders including archives totals only approximately 100 MB. Can you please help me understand why my Used Storage is showing 4.08 GB? Thank you.

Example: If I am updating Notes for a Contact - after I press SAVE I need to refresh the page to get the scrollbar visible again. I can use the wheel on my mouse to scroll up or down the page, but I prefer to use the scrollbar on the Zoho application.

Sent emails show web-hosting service provider (yahoo) to mail recipients!
One of my oldest domain-names is registered with yahoo and the associated website is hosted by yahoo. When I send an email from this domain-e-ddress with other email clients the recipients of my mails always see info@[my-domain-name].com as the sender. However when I send it through my newly set up ZOHO-mail it also mentions 'yahoo'. This looks unprofessional. How can I turn that off?
