I can't receive emails - '553 Relaying disallowed'
All of the incoming mails to my domain are bounced with '553 Relaying disallowed' message. This happens two days already. I'm going to move all my paid zoho subscriptions to google if this is not resolved within a few hours.

The template appears to be different to the customer statement & displays unwanted custom field label & values with no way to remove them ? They are not included in - Preferences | Contacts | Customer Billing Address Format either !
Disable hotkey
Is there a way to disable or configure hotkeys of Notebook extension in Chrome? The hotkey "Ctrl-\" activates Notebook. However, it is the same hotkey as closing tabs in Zoho Mail. It becomes a bit annoying when the hotkey triggers unintended actions. Thanks.

It is abundantly clear that Zoho needs dedicated support for it's developers. I can't get answers to basic questions about the platform. I have clients I am developing for that can't wait weeks for answers. Please provide information on how to contact support and have a reasonable expectation of an answer in a reasonable period of time.

Cannot create fodlers/subfolders
Hello, Completely out of the blue, I cannot create folders or subfolders! Whatever I do, I get this error message: Error while adding new folder (You are not allowed to create folder with this name.) Also, when I tried to ask Zoho, I got an error message and the message was not created. I really don't see any issue with the account, so, I am confused. Is it a system issue? Update: I tried with 2 different browsers, I used Private/Incognito mode, cleared cache/cookies. The problem is there.

Problems... "Error while processing!"
Hello, I started receiving the "Error while processing!" message today. I am unable to send email from the browser. Composing messages generates a similar error. I restarted Chrome, then upgraded Chrome to the latest version. Neither helped. This appears to be a server side issue. See attached image. The problem is not present in Firefox. Oh, and this is on Linux. Any ideas? Thanks Mark

Why do I keep getting spam from blacklisted domains?
I have blacklisted many domains at the organisation level. Yet users continue to receive spam from these domains. An example would be "pensionlawyers.com" which is a repeated spammer. This is in the blacklist of domains at the domain level in organisation settings. All user level whitelists have been removed (so there is no conflict) and yet this still occurs! Auto Invite "From Address" not updated
Hi, I have signed up my Zoho Desk account using paypal@terracottachinese.com. However, after that I changed to other primary address: hz@terracotta-mandarin.guru. All the rest of the email sender address has been updated. However, the auto invite "From Address" is still using my previous email address (as show below). How do I change this address? Thanks.
Site Builder Slow
Legacy site builder has been very slow to load pages, and often does not load them at all. Then, when publishing the site, it does the same thing and never finishes. Please help... my site is stuck with out pictures showing up at the moment.

I can't receive email from lastpass.com
I use lastpass.com to share passwords with a family member. When we try to do that, we never get the email. It worked last in April but not since. Problem with Projects Dependency View
I am trying to set up dependencies between a number of tasks in a new project. When I enter a row number in the Predecessor field and move to another row the value I entered just disappears. I have tried a number of times, including logging out and back in and rebooting my laptop. I am using a Chrome browser on Windows 10.

Ability to create page links not working
For the last few days, I have not been able to create links from one page of my website to another. IMAP npt working on iOS device
I'm trying to add my Zoho email account, which is under the free version, to my iPhone 8 as a new mail account, but I keep getting the error that it is unavailable. I've followed all the proper directions with the correct imap and smtp links, but I can't get it to work. Any advice?
Can't Use Account: Logs me out
I have 2 Zoho accounts, this one and another. This works fine, but when I try and log into the other account, it will pull up my mail list, but I can't look at any mail. It says the server can't be reached. If I try and access any Zoho services, I have to login again and again, and can't ever change anything. Accounts.zoho.com doesn't work, because I can't see any settings - it loads the page and things I'm logged out. I've tried several browsers and networks, and this has been going on quite awhile.

Hi Every time after sending the email, I will check the sent box to see if everything is correct. But just now I sent an email and I did not find it in my sent box, and I sent it again, still could not find it. I am not sure if they were delivered successfully. Can you help, please? Hello Starting some time late last night got an message my SPF TXT was not verified even thought it was before and no changes were made. Also at or around the same time I can't send or receive emails from the zoho accounts I setup even know was working fine and I made no changes. How can I fix this when all the settings are correct, nothing was changed on my end and it was all working before ?
