False Domain Expired notice and no access to DNS panel
This has been reported to Zoho Support, but thought I'd mention it here as it may be part of a larger problem. My root domain raynorman.com became inaccessible via web browser ,(www works) and I was told by Zoho Support that I was using am ip address that has not been supported by Zoho for some time. Spam Messages unviewable?
Apparently Zoho Mail is fixed, but I'm still getting the error message "Ah snap... Content is not available. Please try again after some time." on a bunch of messages that were sent over 30 days ago that I just found in my spam folder. I've marked these messages Not Spam and moved them to my Open Support Requests folder, but I still can't view the content. HELP PLEASE.
Scheduled calls not showing up in upcoming activities
Hello. I am trying to use the Calls function in activities rather than marking it as Tasks. Why isn't a scheduled call for a future date no showing us as upcoming Activity on the top of the page as does the future task schedules? This is an issue because when looking at an account that has a future call scheduled, there isn't a upcoming event bar at the top of the page which is deceiving. Can't reset password as it's sending to same email address
Hello I recently signed up using google to sign in. I am currently using the domain 1upradio.co.uk. The admin account is hayden@1upradio.co.uk. I removed the google account as a way to sign in and now I can't sign in at all, because there isn't a password, and I can't reset the password. What do I do? I can verify I own the account using a CNAME record or use another account that I do have access to (liam@1upradio.co.uk) Thanks!
Transparent PNG
Hi, I am trying to use a transparent PNG image component in an Email Template (using the new editor). However the transparency does not appear to work. Is this a known issue? I have a workaround by redoing the image with the same colour background - however using transparent image backgrounds would be preferable? Thanks
FONT - RTL in zoho subscriptions - bug!
In one of the invoice templates I can select FONT - RTL but when I try to save I get error message. This font is available in just one template, in other ones it is gone. I tried Zoho Invoices and there I can select this font without problems. I would appreciate help as I really need RTL font with arabic support.

Hi, I've been unable to reach the Zoho mail servers from linux or from my Android phone. Nothing happens when i try to retrieve mail. Sending mail produces "GaiException: getaddrinfo failed" on Android. Pinging imap.zoho.com or smtp.zoho.com fails from either android or linux, mobile network or home internet.

Issue with bank sync
Hi, I use Kotak Mahindra bank. For me to sync transactions I need to enter an OTP manually everytime. Your system is damn stupid becuase firstly it gives me only 90 seconds to enter the OTP, failing which I cannot sync transactions until tomorrow. quite ridiculous. Please make it in such a way that I can refresh feeds multiple times, atleast if the previous attempt failed.

Zoho mail app crashing on open - iPad pro
After months of use suddenly this morning the mail app (latest version) is crashing when I try to open it rendering it useless. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have rebooted the iPad. The iPad OS is 11.0.2. When the home button is double clicked showing all open apps, the email app is there, swipe up it “closes” but it never opens for use.

Apparent error with SPF and MX records
I can't receive emails on any of the email ids created for the domain attached to my Zoho Mail. I've made all the necessary configurations as per the documentation on the site, but it still shows errors for MX Records and SPF Records. The domain is srmmun.in and I can't receive emails on all the email ids made for it.

Assist Freezes Samsung Phones

Cannot create account/sign in with Google account on iOS
I just discovered Notebook and love the idea of it. I downloaded the Mac version successfully and logged in with my google account. I tried to do the same thing with my iPhone, but it gave me a 403 error: disallowed_useragent. I'd like to link to my google account with my phone so both devices are synced. Help please.
Mail accepting incorrect password!
Today was the second time that when logging into Zoho mail, I entered the wrong password and it still let me in. The first time, I was on auto-pilot and told myself that perhaps I had entered the right one after all. Today, however, I know for certain it was the wrong password for this account. This is a little disconcerting! Has anyone else experienced this before? What can be done to ensure my account is safe from hackers? Or literally ANYONE having a punt at the password and getting in! Tasks in Zoho Task do not show in Zoho Calendar
Whenever I add a task in Zoho Task it never appears in Zoho Calendar although I subscribed it to the calendar. The only way of updating the tasks in the calendar is by unsubscribing from the Tasks application and subscribing again. I would appreciate any help to solve the problem. Thank you.
