New User registration didn't complete and now it's not allowing to register again
Hi, We tried creating Zoho Mail account for one of our clients with the domain name - coupons4sure.com We were unable to create account as it threw some error after sending mobile verification OTP and now when we are trying to creating account , it says domain is taken. When we try account recovery options it says mobile is not verified and email is not created. How we recover and proceed with this domain. Appreciate your quick response.

Can't get in Zoho Mail, even though addon status is set as "activated" for that user

Unable to connect to messaging server.
Hi, I getting this message 'Unable to connect to messaging server.' continuously regardless of what I do. Also, the system has been playing up today intermittently and has reported on the odd occasion that I don't have the required permissions. Email address can't be found error
When people email me or reply to an email I send they are getting a message bouncing back to them stating that my email address does not exist or cannot be found and is not a valid email address get I am receiving the email it is causing me a great deal of trouble and destroying credibility in business correspondence I need this fixed ASAP

One of the mail users incoming / outgoing mail is disabled. When I see the user in control panel, I see incoming / outgoing disabled in red. When I try and enable it, I get the error message: Operation permitted for paid user(s) only. bilal@islamabadtea.com is the email address.

Support Team @ Zoho, Kindly help me out with this strange problem. I tried using a mail merge option a few days back from my outlook configured to my Zoho account. A few minutes in I figured out that my zoho account got blocked. As a next step I logged on to my webmail and unblocked my zoho account. The account info@bcoabc.com keeps getting blocked. It will not allow me as admin to go into Troubleshoot and unblock it. I get an error message. I tried to go in and send a test email and the message pops up "Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked" We are only using 19% of our total mail storage. Emails bouncing back
When people reply to my email or attempt to send me an email it is bouncing back to them claiming that my email address doesn't exist or is not valid yet I am receiving the emails that are bouncing back as invalid this is causing me a great deal of credibility issues and they need this fixed ASAP

Zoho Campaigns - Segments not picking up contacts
I've been trying to create a new segment for a future campaign, however when I create a segment the system is not updating the contacts based on the criteria. I had an existing segment listed by job title and tried adding to that by 'job title contains' and then put some more terms in there (with commas in between each term). Spam mail being sent to me, from my zoho email alias'
My email addresses (all the same account) are receiving spam emails, that state one of my accounts as the "sender", however when you hover over the sender it is in fact being sent by unknown senders. The spam emails appear to be sending documents/files and invoices. I need this resolved asap. One of which is james@consultechmgt.com, please ban this account from sending me email immediately.
