Zoho docs writing back corrupted files
Hello, since very recently we seem to have a problem with the Zoho servers (exportwriter.zohodocs.com/remotedoc.im). Documents that Zoho writes are coming back to our application corrupted, lacking several KB compared to the original. Docx gets completely corrupted (files cant be opened anymore) and doc can still be opened but the content is completely destroyed and filled with what seems to me is random code. Hosted Page - Upgrading user from LIVE £0 subscription to 30 Day Trial Paid Plan Fails
We have 2 subscriptions on our website managed by Zoho subscriptions.. One is a plan that is setup with a cost of £0 the other is a £20 per month recurring subscription. Upgrades from the £0 to £20 plan are done via a hosted page, which worked fine until recently we added a 30 day FREE Trial period to the £20 plan. Now when a user tries to upgrade from £0 plan to the £20 plan(with 30 day FREE Trial) we get an error stating "Downgrades aren't permitted via hosted pages" Could this be because the

Embedding URLs with symbols does not seem to be allowed. Hello, I notice an issue when clicking the link sent to customers so they can view esimates/invoices/etc on the portal. If the customer is not logged-into the portal, the web page to view the document is show in the language configured for Zoho invoice admin which might not be the customer language. Could you at least use the langage of the user's browser? thanks

Number of decimals not displayed correctly
Hi, I have a field that is of the type "Currency". When I use that field in scripting it only displays 1 decimal (eg. 220.0 instead of 220.00) in the form it is displayed correctly (220.00). Can this be fixed? Thanks, Michel
Endless "Sync In Progress" Status
My Zoho Reports trial recently ended and I purchased a subscription to continue working on the reports. The data was imported from Zoho CRM and was set to sync automatically every day. However, I noticed Zoho CRM's database is now stuck in 'Sync In Progress' mode and I can't access its setup nor manually sync the database. It's been in this state for the last 2 days. If someone has been experiencing the same issue and found a solution I'd appreciate your sharing that information. Thank you!
Subform name keeps defaulting to previous name

Apparent Security Breach
Twice in the last 24 hours, I had outgoing email blocked due to excessive use. I have not sent an email in 4 days. Apparently, this has happened to others as well. Checking my sent mail, mail has been going from my account to unknown addresses containing my login and password in the clear in the both the subject and body.. I suggest all check their sent boxes for bizarrities. I would like the local security gurus to look into this immediately and please keep us all posted.

One of our staff informed me that he was unable to send a couple of emails. With the message "Client host [135.84.80.216] blocked using dnsbl.sorbs.net; Currently Sending Spam See: http://www.sorbs.net/lookup.shtml?135.84.80.216" Checking the sorbs.net site, the 135.84.80.216 which resolves to "sender-of-o51.zoho.com" is indeed looks to be blacklisted.

What's up with this? I could block (blacklist) domains and emails till the cows come home and it NEVER FREEKING STOPS- zoho is fine otherwise- once it was set up- but too technical to do myself. looking for another option.

Hello, I have a for with a multi-select field linking people with sessions they have taken. When I use the built in search function in the report to search for a people who have taken a session containing "Y" I get the expected results but if I search for people who have taken a session NOT containing "Y" I get the wrong results. Unable to login to zoho desk
Users that cleared their cache this morning are unable to login to zoho desk, I am able to login but the chat feature to talk to support in bottom right is gone and submitting a support ticket just spins on https://help.zoho.com/portal/newticket . Users get the screen attached in the pic when they try to login.
