Subfrom on iOS app
There is no back button after clicking on a subform in the ios app. This is a big oversight because there is no way to return to the main from unless you add a subform record or close the app. If there is more than one record then the back icon appears but there needs to be an option to return when only one record is there or being added. What's the reason for this? Can this be fixed in the near future? Thanks

ZOHO CRM PhoneBridge - phone number formatting exception needed
I have recently setup my RingCentral account with both Zoho CRM and Recruit. I have noticed that the business card view does not display when calling or receiving a call from a record in either application - WHEN, the formatting of the phone numbers does not align perfectly. Whereas there might be dashes between a listed phone number in ZOHO (e.g. xxx-xxx-xxxx), if the caller ID from the RingCentral system does not include that formatting (even with the same number), the zoho integration does not

Hi Zoho When trying to edit entry in Loan_Valuations form (ID=2983417000014531035) - when trying to edit from the report, I get time out - when user try to edit using a link, she gets the following message: Loan - Vessel Valuation We failed to retrieve this form. Cannot access tickets
Hello, Starting about an hour ago, I cannot access anything on my Zoho Desk account except the default ticket list. Every time I click on something (open a ticket, try to access the dashboard) it seems to try to log me in again (I briefly see the Zoho login screen in the main area), then realises I'm logged in, bounces between accessing accounts.zoho.com and support.j5int.com (which is our redirect for our Zoho Desk account), then finally loads the default ticket view again. Recently created an email account using my domain (powerplayconsultingllc.com). I am able to send email but am not receiving email. .eu mail configuration in cpanel incorrectly refers to .com
When setting up zoho.eu mail for a domain, cpanel 'Domain Setup' incorrectly lists the hosts as 'imappro.zoho.com' and 'smtp.zoho.com'. This should be 'imappro.zoho.eu' and 'smpt.zoho.eu'. I tested these settings in K9-mail for android and it works fine.

Hola, se creo una cuenta y al agregar un usuario (Con el mismo dominio), el sistema no lo crea, lo mueve inmediatamente a invitados diciendo que la cuenta ya existe, y que debe aceptar la invitación.. La cuenta que se esta creando no existe, si se va a entrar a la cuenta, dice que se debe activar, por medio de un link, no deja recordar contraseña, ni acceder.

I got a free zoho business email for my domain obtained through GoDaddy. I signed up to Zoho via Facebook which created another Godaddy account. I could not verify the domain name because it did not exist in the new Godaddy account and have since deactivated that account and deleted the association with facebook. I think I also deleted the "business" from Zoho but my website is still unavailable. Can you help me please?

Incoming mails broken since moving to new hosting.

Can't Change GIGANTIC TEXT on mail page.
Logged on a couple of days ago and all the text on my mail page was HUGE. It takes me forever and whole lot of maneuvering with scroll bars to read even the shortest email. I rebooted and, of course, checked the text settings. No change. - I have emailed Zoho support twice and have not heard from them. Frustrating and disappointing because I really like the program and hate to leave it - but don't have the time to deal with something like this. Help? Please respond to alternate email:

18 Inactives Accounts
Good morning, 2 days ago i was created an admin account with www.spica.solutions domains, after that, 18 accounts was created over that admin, on next 24 hours, all my accounts drops the same status "inactive account", i cant do anything cause the admin account its blocked. I've been try to create another account with the same domain and the systems says that, this domains is registrared already. Images captured within and uploaded through iOS app are highly compressed
Hello, I am trying to create an internal product review application where a user would submit an image via mobile device. However, all images submitted through the mobile app are compressed to 50kb or so, which is very small. I'd like to have images be larger and am willing to change file type (Image to Attachement) if necessary. However, even if I try to use the attachment field type, the same issue occurs. Thanks, B

I made the registration for the domain microver.com.br but there was some error in sending the code by sms to the cell phone. Now I have completed the registration for johnson.metalblack@gmail.com but when you set up the zoho mail it says that my domain is already being used. Google search engine ID box not appearing
I'm trying to check our site's Google search engine ID to confirm it's correct, but the box to input this information is not appearing as it shows on the wiki. Is there another way to find this? To clarify, I know how to check Google for this, I'm just trying to confirm that the correct information is on our Zoho site. The reason I ask is that the Google search bar never returns any results, no matter what I search or from what page. It's completely nonfunctional.
