Im trying to send out mass emails for a press release and I keep getting this error. Why? Nothing has bounced back yet. Is there a limit on how many emails can be sent daily?
Can't unblock user
Getting "550 5.4.6 Mail rate exceeded limit" error. Go to mail.zoho.com/UnblockMe and it says "There are no blocks in this account currently." Admin "Control Panel>Mail Administration>Troubleshoot>Blocked Accounts" panel agrees that there are no blocks. Still get error when I send mail.

Employee away
Greetings, When employees go on vacation they set their person email to "Away". If a ticket comes into the system, their email replies to it but will create a new ticket instead of tagging onto the previous email. That new ticket emails the same agent again and creates another new ticket. Generally 100+ tickets are made before someone can fix this issue. I have had customer complaints and have had to pay people to go through the system to send out apologies and delete tickets. How do we fix this?

URGENT - Export is including control characters - two requests and still not fixed.
Since about 14 December the report export to CSV has been showing up control characters such as "&" instead of "&". This si a major problem for us as we use export extensively, including every single day to export invoice data out of Creator and into Xero. Importing client names which suddenly have extra control characters, has the effect of creating a new Xero account, which is obviously very hazardous. I reported it in a live chat on 14th December and was told that it would be fixed immediately.I
Domain setting wiped out, some weird bug
Several days ago I set up Zoho Mail to use with my domain with no problems but I'm experiencing wierd problems now. When I tried to sign in into Zoho Mail service, I was prompted to tie my phone number to account (again!). I procceeded with my backup phone, but now Zoho Mail doesn't seem to recognize my domain settings at all, it's all blank and I can't setup my domain since it's already registered with Zoho Mail. Any help would be appreciated.

Not receiving emails from Godaddy hosted website.
We’ve website hosted on Godaddy and email is hosted on Zoho. Using smtp host (relay-hosting.secureserver.net) of Godaddy for sending emails from web pages hosted on GoDaddy but none of the emails are coming to our Zoho hosted emails but emails are going to other domains such as Gmail, Hotmail etc etc. Please let us know what’s the issue and the fix.

I have been having issues with my search function for quite some time, it works on and off. How do I find the emails?
I can send and receive emails. But I can not search them. They do connect to the contacts or leads they are associated to; but I can search all emails. I try to get the email associated; As a security measure, you need to link your phone number with this account and verify it to proceed further. -- I input the details, the code arrives; but it keeps saying the password is wrong... no option to input the code.

Cannot create email again after failing to verify code sent via sms
I signed up using my domain name http://newkryptongov.info and created a business email contact@newkryptongov.info, however when it sent me a verification code via sms I went to get my phone and I returned to my desk the page left on it's own so when I went back I was unable to verify it and now I am unable to access the account and it acts as though it does not exist, now I am even unable to create a new account using my domain name and the email I desire. Can someone help me?
