NEW ZOHO UI BEING FORCED UPON US 5/18/2018
I don't want to use the New! ZOHO UI. I like the old one better. The new one messes up formatting when I forward ORDERS to my supplier. The new UI is harder to read message lists in my inbox. Why are we being FORCED to move up to the New! UI??? I WANT TO STAY WITH THE OLD / CLASSIC ZOHO MAIL UI.
Calls where the local audio is shared, have echo
When another user is sharing their screen with audio, I get echo from my own voice. We tested this with multiple users, with different audio setups, and there's no obvious way to fix it. Is this a bug you could look into, or are we missing something?
Import in Progress - always displays
I am testing Zoho Books and so far am very impressed with it. In it I have two different organizations. One is working fine, but the other one always say that an Import is in Progress. It has been like this since I set up the organization two weeks ago. I am unable to add customers to this organization; so, therefore, I am unable to send an invoice to my customer.

Zoho Deluge has an integration task for SFTP but there is no way to create a connection in Zoho Flow so you can't execute and SFTP step in a custom function in Zoho Flow because it requires a connection for SFTP step :(

When Creating/Editing a View in Zoho Desk, you can add any column/data point from the ticket you'd like, EXCEPT Tags. This is a problem. Tags store important data. Being able to display it in a view is important...Please fix this.

Why are Terms and Conditions / Annexure hidden from the Estimate web page yet allowed to be signed off?
I find the option of adding terms and conditions (TOC) to an estimate useful and I set up the integrated Zoho Sign to require signing the estimate if acceptable. There is one glaring problem, I believe. While those TOC are visible on the PDF version, there is not even a hint of them when a client first opens the estimate.
