Pick List Values changes need to cross-over to mapped Leads field to same field in Account
Major issue with Pick-List fields in Leads that map to same field in Accounts: if you need to change the pick-list values, you have to change them in BOTH the Leads and then the Accounts records. Surely changes in one should cross over to changes in another?
Is there global selection fields? Are predefined choices updated dynamically?
We are coming from Salesforce where they have global fields. It means, fields created globally that can be used in any object or module in Zoho. It's very important when you have a lot of selection fields in leads, going to account, deal, contact, etc.
