I'm creating an Account report, but nowhere in the list of available fields do I see a reference to the unique record ID. Where is this field and how can I include it in the report?
Search isn't working properly
I just found that Search All Folders isn't working. I cannot get the search to work when I know I have an email in a sub-folder, trash folder, and Spam folder. I can search for the email with it right there and the search all folders does not find them. I have to switch to search this folder in order for zoho to find it. Search all should search all folders as we may not know where a email is. Please get this fixed. Also...A suggestion is that the search needs to be a better or more inclusive search.
Mail search not working
It seems the search facility in zoho mail is not working at all. I could not get it to find any email I was looking for. I searched for Paul Fenech, pfenech, gasanzammit which I found manually, so I know they are there but I keep getting no matches. I also changed to sender contains, and various other options.
