Can I migrate/import my TAGS from Insightly CRM to Zoho CRM?
I just recently Migrated over from Insightly, though none of my TAGS showed up. Is there a way to do this? If so, do I need to remove my last import and start over or can I just add the TAGS to each contact/lead right now? Thank you for your help :)

Unable to upload attachment in New Mail

Importing orders from online store to Zoho as Sales Orders
Wondering what the best practice for this is... I need inventory tracking. This is my current workflow: Check to see if customer exists in Zoho. If not, create contact. Grab the customer_id. Hello, Is there a way to have the Data Processing Basis feature activated by default ? At the moment, it is "unapplicable", it means the switch is off and I have to do manually for each candidate in the database. The consequence is that if the switch stays off, the "consent tab" does not appear in the candidate portal and therefore the candidate can't update his consent like he should normally be able to to do it.
