Hello everyone, Filter feature in Zoho helps me a lot in the mass update and other quick views of activities. But the sometime filter is not working properly. In the latest version of the Zoho Desk iOS app (v2.4.14), we have brought in support for Custom fonts of your choice for the users who are running the app on iOS 13 and above. You can customize the font in the app by following the steps mentioned below: Go to the Zoho Desk app. Settings. Select 'Fonts'. Select the desired font from the default font list or Custom font list.
Filter by date on panel in dashboard to show calendar months
In my dashboard page, I am creating a panel showing count of selected records based on date. I want to show each calendar month of the year. i'm not sure how to do this using the date filter options. i can do for each month in 2020, using calendar options 'before' and 'after' but I want the dashboard to roll over into next year and the next etc. So essentially, I need, "if month is January, if month is February" etc. Any ideas?

Setting a custom lookup field with PHP SDK
I have a custom module "investments" that has a lookup field to the contacts module. If I get an instance of ZCRMRecord with the correct entity id etc can I just set this relationship using something like $contact value is returned from a call to searchRecordsByEmail $investment->setFieldValue("Investor", $contact); However this throws an invalid data error. Couldnt find any examples of the correct way to do this.

Why is most of my mail going to two folders I did not create; ZMN Notifications and ZMN Newsletter?
I am the president of my HOA and have our google.groups messages forwarded to my zoho mail. After receiving multiple angry calls that I was ignoring them, I found all the emails, as well as about 90% of my other inbound email, in a folder called "ZMN Newsletter" I did not create these folders?? Add social icons (wherever we want)
Hi, I would like to add social icons (Twitter, LinkedIn ...) that link to my social profiles on the footer. I added my profile accounts to the Parameters > Configure > Social Profiles but the icons are only appearing at the top of the page. Mail Filter Forward not working
I have a Filter in Zoho Mail that is set up to catch a particular phrase in my mail subject and take action. It should forward the email to another Zoho email address (another domain), mark the email as read and move it to another folder. However, it fails to forward the email, but does mark it as read and moves it to the other folder. Am I missing something in the setup?

Hi, is Zoho's EAS sync (on Win 10 desktop via Outlook 2019, for example) is still limited to a six month period? I chose EAS over IMAP/POP as I need to sync the calendar and contacts but I also need to access all old emails as well. Please advise.

Error in a field I dont recognize
Hello, When I try and test my very simple flow I keep encountering more and more problems. after solving a few, my recent one is that when I try and check the "output" section in my flow, it says "Invalid input for field1. MS Word outline format?
I use Word's Outline formatting extensively, and I've been searching for an online app that preserves this function. Zoho comes close -- at least it preserves the actual shape of the file, but not the outlining functions. (Microsoft's online operation doesn't even do that.) Is there some way to work with an actual outline on Zoho Writer, including the ability to move sections around? Any plans for this?

Need help RE-connecting a credit card account to import transactions
About three weeks ago, Books stopped importing transactions into three accounts. Books disconnected from all three, and I do not know why. No passwords had been changed. Mass Email and duplicate handling for duplicate contact records (will ZOHO recognize duplicates?)
Our ZOHO CRM is set up for the cable television industry. Typically the same district manager will manage about 20 locations for a cable system company. There are about 10,000 cable systems in the United States. We need to have a unique record for each location as other types of contacts are linked to each unique location. Since we plan to sometimes Mass Email (250 a day max) to the cable system locations we are concerned that occasionally we might send a duplicate email to some district managers.
Can't manually modify the currency Exchange Rate within Sales Order and Quotes
Hi We had been working with custom fields and templates in order to use different currencies ... and yesterday we decided to turn on the multi currency feature in zoho but after one day it seems very disappointing. Besides your weird currency formatting (another post) we were required to input a FIXED exchange rate for USD and EURO, our local currency is Mexican Peso. New incoming email from a non-Lead/Contact
We have a department email address setup (sales@mydomain.com) that many of our outbound emails are sent from. And when Leads or Customers reply to those emails the messages get appropriately assigned to their Lead/Contact records. But what happens if a new prospect emails sales@mydomain.com who has never contacted us before? I would like that new email to be processed as a new lead, and generate a new Lead record in CRM, as if that person had sent us a message through our website or another sales
