Hi all, I need to calculate the value of a Formula Field (X) based on the value of 3 currency fields: - If Field A is filled, X takes A's value - If Field B is filled and A is not filled, X takes B's value - If Field C is filled and neither A nor B is filled, X takes C's value I found it difficult to represent whether a given field was empty or not, because there are no isEmpty( ) or isBlank( ) functions in the formula field builder. Guys, I've working with the integration of CRM and Desk. In my workflow, the ideal situation would be that I can enable CRM-Desk sync but that I manually approve or release contacts from Desk to CRM. Why do generated Xero Analytics aggregate formula default to $
I've just started using Zoho Analytics and have connected to Xero. Seems to be working ok, but annoyingly all the auto-generated Aggregate Formula are set to use $ as their formating, despite our Xero being in £. All the tables have GBP as the currency, it's just the aggregate formula that are wrong - but as most reporting (charts) use the aggregate formula, every chart has $ rather than £. I've worked out how to change this on a case by case basis, but it's a pain to have to do it for every one.

MPN doesn't support characters?
We've been using Zoho Inventory to buy parts, track them, and then use them in projects. For the most part everything is going fine, but the MPN field in Zoho Inventory is the one that we rely on to find parts and for some reason Zoho thinks that MPNs are only ever numbers and letters. Mass update related to fields
I'm importing tasks and calendar items regularly into Zoho, a lot of which will be related to just one project or campaign. I'd like to be able to mass update these activities to relate them to the appropriate project, but this does not seem to be an option. Is there another way to quickly do this?

Hello, What are the ways to have a Contact associated with a Deal fill out an online form so that the data appear in the said Deal? Say, I create a questionnaire for a client to fill out, she submits it, and the answers appear right in the related deal for me to review when preparing for that job. problem in Campaign Preview
Hi, Something strange with the preview panel of a cloned campaign, it doesn't display the correct data. In the preview panel, the displayed content is a part of a previous campaign and a part of the new campaign. If I update the campaign content, close the campaign and open it again the content was updated. But If I want to preview the campaign and if I send a test campaign the content is wrong.bIf I create a model from that campaign, the model seems not be right created. I obtain a :-( Very Strange!
