Is it possible to retrieve a deleted Custom Function?
When removing tickets, contact, etc, these can afterwards still be retrieved from the Recycle Bin for 60 days. Is there a similar function for items created and (accidentally) removed in the Setup such as a Custom Function or Rule?

As the title states, I have a new autoresponder that is to go out next Monday. I have the content made, and when I go to edit it is it proper. However when I try to send a test to make sure it works it shows the old template that tI used. I have tried clearing my cache but it's still happening. Does anyone have any fixes?

Dear Zoho, Can an agent be disabled from deleting a ticket? As of now the agent is assigned with a role of "Tickets allotted to him and unassigned tickets". sync accounts/contacts where books is more up to date
In my implementation I have lost sync between CRM and Books. Books is where all of our day to day work is done. However I am looking to begin leveraging CRM. I want to be sure that when I initiate sync, that where a customer company is present in both, that the more recently updated Books data would overwrite the CRM company and contacts data. When the two were setup I had sync'd the data between the two. Now we have many new customer organizations and the contact names and titles have been updated

Hello, Maybe I could not find the proper way to do it, but when entering tasks that took place in the past for an ongoing project, the system automatically assigned the current date when they were marked complete. Isn't there a way to enter the actual end date if it was in the past? Thank you

Hello! Because of the miscommunication, my colleague has created an extra Bigin account. I have created one too and upgraded it. Now I can't add this said college into 'my' Bigin as a user: "Email associated with an existing user." None of us can find a place he can delete his account (as it's very easily managed with other Zoho apps) or do anything about it to be able to add him as a user. In a web browser the first field in a form has the focus and is active when the form is loaded. This is not true on the iOS or Android apps. The filed must be tapped to bring up the keyboard. As you can see in the screenshot below, I am in the chat window settings and further under the category of fields. I cannot delete tickets
When I was deleting tickets, a popup screen came up every time. I probably didn't read the popup well, and I ticked the box, supposing this popup box wouldn't appear anymore. Unfortunately, now I cannot delete my tickets anymore. I already removed the cookies for the zoho site, but this didn't solve the problem. Are there other options to solve this problem?
