Hello, In our website, the user will sign in using google API's and we want to record each user in Zoho CRM. will It be possible to directly record the user name and email as soon as they sign in into the website. [We were new to Zoho and want to use this CRM to store all leads] if this can be done we are happy. in case this not possible then if there are any alternatives, please share. that will be a great help.

Hi All! I have to share some uploaded files (e.g. mp4) using the "Public on the web" shared link but I need to disable/remove the download button. Hi, I have a project where I use the Zoho Recruit API. The idea is to list the job openings on our website. When the user click on the offer, he shoud be redirected to the Zoho Recruit form related to this offer but I can't find the direct URL or the digest of the form with the API. Is it possible to access the form URL via the API or is there an other way to integrate the list of the job openings on our website ?

Setting Formula Fields to Null
I have two formula fields that need to be set to null in certain circumstances. One of those is a Formula (Date) field, and I note that I can set it to null using Newdate(0,0,0,00,00,'AM'). However the other is a Formula (Decimal) field, and I have not seen a way to set this to null. Can anyone tell me how to do this? Thanks, Angie
Due date rule should be more flexible
The only thing I can do with rules is put it X hours into the future. What I would like to do is to set the due date on a fixed time tomorrow. So every ticket that comes in today has due date tomorrow 10am for example.
How to close a pop-up form opened in Zoho CRM
Using the open URL function only opens the URL WITHIN the pop-up. It doesn't make sense why the form shouldn't close on clicking Submit/Update.

Problem with image in signature block
I saw this raised on the forum and yet it appears to still be an issue after 7 YEARS!!!!! I insert my company logo, rescale it to look ok and appears ok, but when i see emails coming back the logo is HUGE - I mean covering more than the email page width...really not professional and now i'm 50/50 switch to another email solution as can't have this - signature looks awful. Hey Team, I might have missed this but is there a way to automatically schedule a call when an email from the Deals module is opened. I know we can schedule calls on mass mails. On the email workflow, there is no Deals module, only Leads and Contacts and you can only create a task not schedule a call. Do I need to write a custom function for this? If I choose Contact in the Email workflow, will the call be associated with the Deal or just the Contact? Or should I also put the deal name in the custom
