Hello, I am having trouble to udpate any parameter using the API. I am pretty sure that I am sending a correct Token and that it has the needed scope (Desk.contacts.UPDATE). Hi, For a set of targeted newsletter, we want our sales to be able to contact who click on links in the newsletter. There is a report available to download in the Report tab, under Recipient Activities. So today, our Marketing is downling the CSV file, and copy paste each recipient and clicked link into the CRM as new task... I like to automate the process to push to the crm (where our sales are working) each recipient and the list of clicked link, as a CRM task. I can't find a way to do this. -

I want to drill down the data based on one field in the subform such as the equipment name and I want that field to be displayed in the legend. Hello! I have 3 users in Zoho so far, but we only have 2 inboxes in Gsuite because we share inboxes per department (then each one has own alias). I know that there is a limitation of only 1 IMAP account per user on the Zoho CRM + SalesInbox. But now I find that I can not have 2 users connecting through IMAP to the same email address. Why is that? It doesnt make sense, as IMAP can be synced from many devices; why would it be a limitation to have two platforms/users synced with it? Is there a way in

Cliq - Project Bot - Can only see Internal Task Lists
Hello! I'm seeing an unexpected behavior in the marketplace add-on for Project Bot.' When we go to add a Task from within Cliq, the form window which opens will only include the TaskList option if the list is set to Internal. If we create a task without a TaskList, then it will recreate the General (Internal) list and place the task there. I've just removed the add-on completely, and reinstalled it, and the issue persists. Love the usefulness of this plugin and Cliq, but this creates too much extra

Connecting Woocommerce with Zoho Campaigns
I am trying to sync my woocommerce store with Zoho Campaigns. I have the zoho campaigns plugin installed, I have connected my account to the plugin. However, when I select Ecommerce option in the plugin and then connect store, It gets the option to approve the store access, once I click approve I get the error "accessed denied" on the tab with the error in the browser window "Error: Missing parameter return_url". I am unsure what or where to set a return URL. Please help.

Hi, I tried to verify my mobile with the SMS code. But faced a problem. I received an 11 digit code. When I entered that code, it said "wrong". Then I tried with the first 7 digits, but it said nothing. When I tried to resend the code, it said to try later (maximum attempt happened).
