Facebook profile name missing (broken link) in Mentions of Social tab
Some of the the Facebook profile names are missing (broken link) in Mentions column of Monitor page of Social tab in Zoho CRM. Please note that it shows the profile names without any trouble when the mention is on a Facebook Page. But it fails to show the link when a FB user mentions us. Is it so that it can only trace back the FB Page mentions only?

I sometimes paste things I need to save the format of, on my macbook pro when i paste to notebook it makes very large blank lines and destroys my formatting. Would be very helpful to be able to log in as another user (while as admin) to troubleshoot issues for them. Its not very convenient to help people who cannot screen share or have a long list of issues and have to contact each user to fix their issue with them on the phone.

Hello. I set up the integration between Zoho Projects and CRM, and now I'm trying to create projects from the potential, but it asks to assign an account. Is there a way to create a project from the CRM without assigning an account? If there's no way to to skip this step, how can I automatically assign an account to the potential? I'm planing to create an account that will be used for every potential that requires an account.

It would be great to reduce the available recruiter and hiring managers lists to only those users in my same territory. We are a large company with many users and its annoying to alot of my users (they have requested this) to show users that are on the other side of the country. Lead assignment by day of week
Is there a way to auto assign leads to reps based on day of week? Rep 1 gets leads created on Monday and Wednesday Rep 2 gets leads created on Tuesday and Thursday Rep 3 gets leads created on Friday and Saturday I was looking at the assignment rules but I cannot figure out a way to program this in... How to add a Zoho Form entry as a Related List in a Zoho CRM Contact
Hello! Is there any way to add a Form entry as a related list to a contact in a custom layout? Im using Zoho Forms to create a really complex form for an application. Most of the information there, under some layers of logic, will be used only once thus most of the information on the Form will not be needed in the CRM. However, we do need to have something relating the Form submitted and the Contact that did so, for future reference or for that single use. It can be a link to the Zoho Form submission.

Let's assume that we have two form, orders and parts. Orders form includes parts as the subform. Parts form has a lookup field, called manufacturer, which informs where the parts have been made in. Here, I want to sort parts according to their manufacturers' names in orders form, or want to filter parts by, mainly for printing out to a PDF or a paper then I will order the order actually.
