Adding Attachments to Subscriptions
Hello, We have not used Subscriptions yet. Our annual maintenance contracts are often specialized one-off contracts with many pages and sometimes a lot of required legalese. I'd like to use Subscriptions to track these. is there any way to attach a document to a subscription so that the contract document gets emailed out along with the request for renewal payment? As a second question, can subscriptions simply bill an account automatically each month? Thank You
Flow randomly stops processing incoming requests.
I am sending in webhooks from other cloud apps and periodically, Zoho Flow simply stops processing with no indication that the webhook was received. I've verified that the webhooks fired on the sender side. This has happened too many times. New orders placed via our Shopify store, webhook fires, Zoho Flow fiddles. The best part is that there's no way, at least that I am aware of, to report a critical issue/problem like this other than by way of their email form inside the Flow application.

The collaboration feature in zoho mail is great. However, I wish you address some basic features that were available in other email clients for decades such as able to sort the inbox by clicking on column headers (From , Subject , Date received etc). Zoho Analytics and Databridge - the instructions do not match the install process - can you help please.
I have databridge installed & running in windows and I can connect through Settings> Manage Databridge - it is active. Hi there, I've set up PhoneBridge with asterisk 13 and Zoho CRM, and can successfully initiate a Click to Dial. However, the CRM does not 'see' when the call is answered and remains on a perpetual 'calling' state with a 'CANCEL' button available. I finished a manual migration of my websiite to Zoho Sites, and am satisfied with the visual/functional result...pretty straightforward. The performance of my "info brochure" site is not great. For instance, this page contains a single 41kb image and you can actually see the rendering of the image occur. We created auto-follow rules to notify several users when changes were made to a subset of Leads. This does not seem to be working. Specifically, we have an auto-follow rule to look at all leads from a specific source and followed by a specific Role. The users in that role are not seeing the changes in their feed. What are we doing wrong.
Disabling CliqiOS Vibration
Hello, I installed Cliq on my iPhone. I usually set all my apps to have a minimum notification. So I setup only otification for on-to-one and mentions. That's great. When I get notificatin, I get the sound and a vibration. I see you can disabled vibration when you are in the app. But I couldn't find the same when I'm not on my phone or on another app. How Do I disable vibration ? Thanks
Mail Merge Dynamic Tables Sorting and Selection
Hello, Our issue is as follows: We have added in our mail merge template a dynamic table which pulls data from Zoho CRM Modules. However, when the mail merge output is populated, the order of the dynamic table rows is based on the creation date. This makes the dynamic table useless for us. We need to be able to sort these rows besides the creation date. 1: Is there a way to adjust the row order and control this through a filter? Or can we perhaps achieve this through a custom function in the meantime?

Zoho Finance - Invoice Module doesn't connect custom CRM modules
I'm trying to include information on my invoices but I cannot edit the Zoho Finances (Books) Invoice module. I can add fields but not lookup fields. I might be able to use the CRM Invoice module instead, then automate posting client and amount of the invoice to Books, but thats extra work. Is there a way to link the Zoho Finance Invoice module to custom modules?

Receiving Meeting Invites
Hi, We occasionally receive meeting invites from our customers. Zoho desk creates a new case for these as expected however the body of the invite (containing meeting details such as join links, phone numbers and start times) is not copied in. In order to obtain these details, we must open the restricted mailbox manually and forward them as a standard email. If there any way Zoho can automatically pull these details in for us to save us having to resort to this manual process? Thanks Nabil
How do you get Expense to Sync Merchants from Zoho Books?
If we are creating expenses in zoho expenses and then syncing them to zoho books, how do we sync the merchants list? I see that in the expenses app, the customers list is syncd to books no problem. what about the merchants list (vendors?) Do we just manually create them in expenses and name them the same ?
