How do you get Expense to Sync Merchants from Zoho Books?
If we are creating expenses in zoho expenses and then syncing them to zoho books, how do we sync the merchants list? I see that in the expenses app, the customers list is syncd to books no problem. what about the merchants list (vendors?) Do we just manually create them in expenses and name them the same ?

Been waiting 21 days now for help....WOW
Here's yet another Zoho Creator issue that we've been waiting for 21 days now for a fix. Long story short, Twillio and Clockwork SMS texts integrations are not working and we can't send texts from our Creator App. Very simple support request. It's 21 days now and they refuse to tell us anything at all other than they are working on it and excuse the delay. Should I find another solution? I have not done so yet because I'm of course waiting to here back from you. 21 days? I'll gladly pay you more

No access for users after migration from US to EU dc on CRM
Hi all, I recently transferred our Zoho CRM from the US to EU data center by exporting everything and then re-importing all my events, leads etc. Everything works fine but my team mate is unable to access this new CRM while he has an EU account set up correctly. I de/re-activated his user but didn't help. Also deleted him from Zoho CRM and recreated a new one but it doesn't help. Can anybody provide me with an alternative? I'd rather not ask him to delete his account and create a new one! Thanks

Cannot Validate SPF Email Authentication

Redirect Customer Portal to external domain

I want customers that go to that domain will be redirected to my Zoho Customer Portal. I verified the domain that works but this just seems to concern mail. Append code to Sign-up handler (insert into) not working

Importing from CRM to Projects
Hello, I have about 300 files in a custom module in our CRM. I was going to try and "project manage" these from the CRM, but they are just too advanced to be able to track the tasks properly. I have them all exported to a .CSV file, but can't for the life of me figure out how import them into Projects. It will only me to add tasks, not entire projects. Please help. Column Filters are not Filtering data accurately
This afternoon ( 28th March 2020 ) column filtering has been unreliable. When I select a filter it will include rows which do not match the filter criteria. This raises two issues. The first is that the extra rows get in the way of my work. The second is that the filters may be excluding rows which do match the criteria and I will be missing them.
Emails Received in Gmail no longer appearing in Zoho CRM email section if Archived in Gmail
I spent hours with support today in a remote control session, trying to figure out why received emails were no longer showing in Zoho CRM.
