EU Zoho Marketplace
Why are the vast majority of Marketplace apps/addons not available in EU, including those Zoho release? It’s incredibly frustrating reading about new marketplace apps on here and then not being able to utilise them. Can the two Marketplaces not be put in sync? Sometimes when I mail the respective product department they manually make it available for me but more often than not I’m told I need to wait for an undefined amount of time and I’m still waiting for many, particularly on Desk and CRM any
Sync service does not function properly
Hi, I am running 4 contacts syncs, each run differs bout 15 mins. I realize that sometimes one or two of the automation do not sync from my zoho crm to zoho campaign. and yesterday all 4 syncs were not able to the new contacts in the listings at all.. help please

Stopping and Restarting Backups
Hello, Our company currently has two backups run a month. The next one is slated for March 31st but I need one before then for a project. I have tried to figure out how to buy one additional one but I cannot seem to accomplish it. Does anyone know if I stop the backup now if I can get one right away and then restart the backups? Why are emails sent to client from a CRM user visible to all other CRM users?
Zoho has quite sophisticated settings to set up users within Roles and Groups to control what data users can view or edit. This has enabled us to have separate departments on Zoho only seeing the data that they should see. But there is a big problem (for us) because if a user from one department emails a client (using the CRM) then all other users in any department can see that email. In short there is not privacy settings at all for client emails - all users in your organisation will see all emails
Timing of revenue for forecasts and reporting
Hi, We are a small media/advertising sales business and we sell advertising campaigns which may run over multiple months/quarters. We are using CRM to track our Deals but we are having trouble with when revenue is displaying in reports/forecasts. Importing data to table sometimes not updated/refreshed immediately
On normal occassions after importing TXT/XML files into a table (either few rows or tens of thousands of rows) normally it should get updated/refreshed immediately, then subsequently the chart will get updated. Please give us the option to open documents with Microsoft Office instead.
When selecting a document, the open with button should have the option to select Microsoft Office products. If not available please remove the option to open with Zoho products as we end up creating multiple versions of the same file.
GDrive new file to Gmail
I'm trying to setup the following. 1. New file added to a subfolder in Google Drive. 2. That new file is then emailed via Gmail (The file is actually going to Zoho books (documents) to be scanned as it's a receipt folder.) Is this possible? Or is there a better way to do this? Leads sources not showing on Touchpoints by sources
Hello, I am able to see visitiors from different sources on my WebAssistant Dashboard, but I want to track leads from different sources such as Facebook, etc. When I choose "Led Gen" -> "Touchpoints" I can see the visitors but all my leads are being marked like direct source regardless from were they come from. Copy Custom Workflow's Automated Email to Myself
I set up a custom workflow to trigger emails automatically in a conditional logic sequence. While I really love an option to visually follow a lead's path along that multi-condition path, I cannot find a way to send myself copies of those emails. Allow CC'd users to view ticket on Portal
In my testing it appears that if a users creates a support ticket by emailing it in and they also CC other people, those other people are not able to see or access the ticket via the Zoho Desk portal if they login. Is there any way to ensure that all users who are CC'd on a ticket are able to access it via the portal? The "All Tickets" vs. "My Tickets" implies that there should be a way for this to work, but at least in my testing it does not.

Strange UPDATEADD Error
I'm getting an Error when I try to do an UPDATEADD API call to reports with more than 300 records. I got Error!!! 7231 Column ID is present in match columns but not in selected columns I want to know how to trouble shoot this? As far as i know the selected column which needs to be matched in the zoho table must be available in the CSV file which is going to import and I've checked them both the zoho table and the CSV file twice both contain the matching column which is using for updatedadd API call

Contacts template suddenly started using Mailing (address, city, etc.) rather than Billing
Our Organizations template has fields where, for the address, we've been entering "Billing" details (address, city, etc.). And we would then create Contacts off of that Organization, and Zoho CRM would carry over all of those Billing address fields. Suddenly within the last hour or so, our newly-created Contacts in connection with the most recent Organization we've entered no longer show "Billing" - now, although the CRM is still carrying over the address details from the Organization into the Contacts
