Unexpected server error Zoho people/Zoho Writer

I have recently been having some issues with Onboarding two member of staff in Zoho People.

Firstly, I have set up the onboarding process for both members of staff with the same designation.

I have added documents for them to read on the onboarding page, and wanted to add four documents for them to agree/decline also.

I created the mail merge templates via Zoho writer and then added them to the onboarding page.

The onboarding was then triggered for both members of staff.

On doing so, I was advised that it was not possible to onboard one of the staff as their criteria did not match. I have checked and everything seems to be fine, so have no idea why this is happening.

The other member of staff was able to access the onboarding but could not read three of the documents that needed to be agreed to, due to an expected server error.

I have checked in our files and the same message is appearing. In the mail merge templates section/Zoho writer everything seems to be there and fine.

Please could you advise on how I can rectify these issues please.
