My website (contacts forms) use Zoho email address & got hacked
As a result I have received 11,000 (so far- in less than 2 hours) email notifications via my zoho mail - My developer has rolled back & cleaned the site) but emails seem to be still coming in batches. (Currently they seemed to have finally stopped) When I log into my Zoho Mail - None of these emails are there. I would like to go in and if at all possible delete them from the source. Or if there is a setting that will prevent these from coming into my mail client. (I use apple mail on my computer

Hi, Customers are not receiving an e-mail notification when they submit new tickets, nor a receipt when they submit a reply. In the Notifications Rules, I made sure "Receiving a new ticket" and "Receipt of ticket reply" are both enabled. "Receiving a new ticket" was previously enabled and "Receipt of ticket reply" was initially disabled. The "Closing a ticket" is working, customers are receiving this e-mail when a ticket is closed. I made sure the "From" address in the e-mail template form is selected.

Sync Contact between CRM and Desk / Support
Hello, I have set up Zoho Desk and CRM integration. I have the ZSC key correct. Zoho Desk is adding to the CRM but Desk is not pulling in CRM accounts so Desk is only adding to CRM. I have over 900 accounts in the CRM and only three are showing in Desk and these were added by an agent. Two way sync shows Desk to CRM but no CRM to Desk activity. Changing a webapp to a website
One of our companie's websites has mistakenly be created as a web app (under MarketingHub's Web Assistant menu). I've tried deleting it and creating a website with the same domain, but the app will only allow me to restore the web app and not create something new. First, can I make this change and if so, how? Second, what exactly distinguishes a website from a web app? is a web app simply a site that runs javascript or is there more to the distinction?

Mac Mail no longer works - "Unable to Verify Account"

I signed up for zoho email and connected it to my domain, crowdsurfable.org. I've done everything, MX, SPF, DMIS, and I'm sure I've done it all right.
